Staff was curtious and well behaved

Tv was not working. After so many complaints it was restored next morning. But remote was not functioning. Overall bad experience and both TV and remote needs to be replaced immediately. Also, No Wifi in the room.

I suggest implementing a lift for added convenience. Everything else is good, but this improvement would make things even better Note: Some old age people unable to climb the stairs

Very small living space. Got to provide a dormitory stay atleast for the driver. Had to pay for a room

Staff are more supportive Good location and best thing is opposite to Ayangar restaurant so no problem for breakfast, lunch and dinner

I liked the location, little out of main city, value for money, hot water facility and clean room

We reached little late around 9.30pm, after reaching we finished the formalities, after we got the room, we found that no bedsheets towels nothing was available, after 30mins we got towel after asking 2 times.

Location was away from main town & near boarding facility, room was neat & clean, staff was cooperative
