The room service provided by the night shift staff was very dissatisfied. Life was not working and it was not informed in prior.

Greater staff, good response for the queries in person. Quick checkin and check out process. Knowledgable about the area and places to visit. Very friendly staff.

False information given online like, complimentary airport shuttle, toiletries in room, iron board and iron box. Not even a cloth hangers has been provided. NO COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE at all. When we call for the shuttle, that time they revealing it is not a complimentary. Do not trust the words, they have described in booking.com about the amenities. None of them are true. Very bad experience in believing their description. BOOKING.COM MUST TO CROSS CHECK THE WORDINGS BEFORE IT APPROVES. I would highly suggest to call the lodge directly, rather planning the trip with false online information. Not satisfied with booking.com ordinator.

There was no break fast served. Room was comfortable but bathroom was hopeless not upto the mark

Made me wait 3 hours to get my room even though I arrived 2 hours later than the time I had mentioned. Water leaked through AC wall hole when it rained and flooded the room. Linen was dirty Poor Wi-Fi
