I liked everything literally.... Their hospitality the most.. communication, assistance everything the best ... We were tired when we reached there and they assisted us in everything with smile.. make us feel very comfortable... And the rooms were really neat and clean... Bedsheets were smelling good and clean and the bed was really comfortable .. wash room is really good and clean as well ... Good water pressure in all taps..and the best thing is price and the definition of value for money... And easily accessible to all the nearby tourist attractions.. and it's also situated in a calm and quiet place than in the busy street

There is nothing that I didn't like.. but it's not an issue but size of room could have been a little better

Balaji, Mani and all the staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Coffee and tea served in room was lovely too. Clean and well presented property. Location away from centre was good as quiet and plenty of facilities in walkable distance. Balaji arranged an auto-rickshaw for us to take to local sites and taxi to Pondicherry as no train on the day we needed. Many thanks to all.

Would benefit from a terrace, outside sitting area...maybe on the roof.

Hygiene and Calm sorroundings

Parking lot need to be paved and better illuminated...Ramps ith handrail shall be provided at the entry point for the asked of Sr.CitizensGood...Quality of the beverages like coffee and tea served on need basis should be improved...Alternatively electric kettle and few sachets of milk powder and instant coffee/ tea may be kept..One water bottle per occupant may be provided along with toiletries...Also for wash room liquid soap shall be provided.

The rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff were very quick and accomodating to change our room when we complained about slippery floor in the main room and bathroom in the room we were initially given. Even taxi drivers were provided a common room to sleep in and a common bathroom. Hot shower was good.

The room was quite small. There was a smoking smell just outside the room in the hallway. No breakfast facilities. A sign on the board behind the room door mentioned tea coffee was available 24/7 but when we tried to contact reception in the morning around 6.30 am we got a disengaged tone as if they had disconnected the phone. Rooms were sprayed with a room spray that leaves a residue and makes the floors slippery which could be an hazard.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for a comfortable and relaxing stay in a bustling city. While it doesn't offer the extensive facilities of a larger resort, it makes up for it with its warm hospitality and personalized service. My room was well-maintained and tastefully decorated, featuring a plush king-size bed and a spotless bathroom with premium toiletries. Overall, travelers seeking a comfortable and charming place to stay in the city. It's perfect for those who appreciate personalized service and a relaxed atmosphere.

Mr Balaji the manager ,Mr Thomas and Manik Nandan were very helpful , courteous and went out of their way to help .Has Wifi now . Location is best found by asking the Taxi or Auto driver to go to Yaggapa School which is very well known .Plenty of restaurant nearby for all pockets .Quite, very clean place there are even hospitals nearby .Strongly recommend .

They should serve breakfast in the hall below. .Also maybe a washing machine for use on a paid basis .Otherwise excellent.

Sir I have booked with time I know all over india its 12 to 12 but why should I book through booking. Com then y you rice a colomon for check in and check out timing since I am a pilgrimage traveler. Request you to kindly provide us for myself and my family with the schedule time what I book alery that have charged me without any information. But literally thourn me out from thier premises today You please clarify with them. friendly and responsible staff, service done with a smile, seperate toilet and bathroom within the room was unique but well thought.

the blankets had some stains but it was washed and hygienic.however it felt bad to see the stains in my bed.. but yes it's paart and parcel.

I didn't book the room with breakfast as I had to leave early. but the room was clean and the bed was really comfy

Things are better the staff could have been friendly I don't even know any staff's name they could introduce themselves at the time of check in when we introduce ourselves rather than replying to questions and asking one liners like "proof" but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. They are not rude per say they are neutral and could have been more friendly that would create a more friendly warm stay experience.

Good for comfortable stay, just what do you need if you need a place just to rest up. Rooms were clean, staff were good.

- Toilets and Bathrooms could have been better - AC was not working properly in our room, should have been checked before someone checks in.
