Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, no traffic noise even though its in the city.

There was nothing i didnt like, all staff were excellent friendly & helpful. Food was great, and i felt reasonably priced. The room was large comfy and the shower was awesome after a long hot sticky day. Even a pool outside in back garden, but didnt have time to use it, but looked very clean & inviting.

1) The food was good. 2) the response from the restaurant or room service was excellent 3) Nicely located. Heart of the city but free from hurdles or any issues or congestions. 4) neat and clean.

When I checked-in, though the booking was specifically for a queen bed, what I got was a two single beds sighting over booking. The staff at reception was always reluctant to talk and more keen to attend foreigners. So was the calls to reception, which was always unattended.

1. Big clean room in a prominent location. 2. Adequate tea / coffee supplies. 3. Big comfortable bed. 4. Excellent shower pressure in the private bathroom. 5. Very spacious lobby. 6. Superb restaurant with great buffet breakfast and great service - idli, ponda, dosa, pongal, eggs, chicken curry, baked beans, boiled veg, fruits, juice. I would like to specially mention the good service by Mr. Bharathi Raja.

The rooms felt a bit pricey. Apart from that, the hotel was excellent in every way.

Very comfortable hotel located at a convenient distance from the bus stop, train station, and the city's attractions. It has friendly staff who help guests when requested.

Our room was located right in front of the lift, and we could also hear the music played at the lobby of the main entrance. However, it was still our choice to take this room. If possible, I would advise other guests not to opt for rooms located in front of the lifts.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Cleaning was done every day but toiletries were not replaced as requested. Overall very good hotel.

Although well maintained the paint was peeling in some places. The shower room in the swimming pool was not up to the mark and needs better maintenance.

Good location, rooms were clean and had a comfortable stay. Restaurant serves good food, breakfast had good combination of foods and tasted yummy. Will be our 1st option for stay in Thanjavur.

Restroom can be better maintained, shower had lot of strains and not comfortable for use. Restroom should be renovated ASAP as it did not justify the price.

The location is excellent for tourists like us. the hotel is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. This made for a very pleasant stay for us. At check in the agent was very smart and helpful in giving us connected rooms (we had two rooms). She did not need to do it but was smart to do that. it made it so much more comfortable for our stay. My compliments to her for her extraordinary customer service!

The restaurant on the property is very nice. However there were multiple occasions when it was overly busy, and despite the best efforts of the helpful staff we were left waiting for long periods.

The Helpful Staff who assisted with our luggage and check in, their service/ Hospitality was very Pleasant. Always warm and welcoming. The F&B staff are equally great. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay and will be back again.

The bath towels in the room could be cleaner. They are either brownish or off-white.

Excellent location and facilities. Very friendly staffs especially Swetha, she guided as very well and treatment and are exceptional. We have booked our trip again in July as they have very good facilities for infants Family room

I had a fantastic stay, Liked the hotel very much, great food and nice swimming pool. The staffs at the hotel and restaurant are very good and they helped a lot, We have commuted in the bus which stops at the hotel and very near by to all the places
