Good Location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room cleaning was done. All facilities in good working condition. Everything was clean.

No provision to make tea or coffee and the canteen next door is closed on Sunday from afternoon. Hotel is extremely strict on the check out time .

Room is clean but family size bed could have been provided. Easily accessible from highway.

staff not friendly and doesn't even look at you. no elevators in the hotel; no geyser for hot water for the room; the HK staff demanded tips on the last day while she did not provide any service in our 2 days of stay; there is a nearby place to have breakfast where you have to stand and eat.

We stayed at Victoriyah Hotel for one night in August 2024. The experience was perfect and the hotel is very clean. It is not located in the city centre, but it is very close to the railway station and you can easily get to the Brihadishvara temple from here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Raja for the extra mile he went as I arrived very late at night. It’s a basic hotel with clean rooms and hot water 24 hours.

I did not like the booking timelines. It could have been better and flexible. They stick to 12to11 but I checkin at early 7am , to get the confirmation I need to book -1 day that means I have to book for 2 days. Instead they could do 7am to 7am

The staff was cordial and helpful. They delivered what they promised. The restaurant next to the hotel was a good facility where the hotel served breakfast. They cooperated with the breakfast once we had to leave early morning around 7:00 am though their breakfast time is 7:30 am. Room was air conditioned and bathroom had hot water. They also gave bottled water complimentary. The big temple and Rajaraja museum were close by at a distance of about 2-3 km.

The hotel didn’t have lift which may not be good for elderly and physically challenged. The bathroom needed proper cleaning, such as the floor, walls and the commode were not properly cleaned which made me avoid going to the bathroom. The room was not cleaned while we stayed there.

Clean, spacious rooms. AC facility. Clean bed, bedsheets. Ample parking space. Nice location, in a residential area. Less noise and very peaceful.

Charged Rs 300 for a keychain that broke. Could have been fixed with a 5rs glue.
