Do not be put off by the initial impression of the building and location. The hotel is a work in progress but is very modern, clean and comfortable and the room had good space for clothes and belongings. The young team are super friendly and helpful and provided great breakfasts. Cant praise them enough. The location, out of the centre, was actually a bonus; a good residential area close to shops and a few restaurants and a 10 mins walk to the bus station with very frequent buses (no74) to the temple/palace. Recommended.

Our only quibble is that we thought it was a bit overpriced. Book when there are discounts.

The staff were readily available and displayed pleasant and helpful hospitality. The facilities were also of good quality from bed to ac to washroom etiquette. Free RO water and wifi also was available as promised. After checking out the facility, I received call from ground staff that I had left my watch. He offered to courier the same and keep it safe for me. I liked this honest and genuine approach and will definetly recommend this property to anyone visiting Thanjavur :)

Nice room, nice toilet with the best shower head we met in india. They prepared "western" breakfast for us.

After you make the reservation you receive many messages adking you to pay an advance or you reservation will be cancelled. It is annoying and you might think is a scam. We just did not pay and showed up at the hotel and the reservation was all right.

Rooms are as shown in the profile pictures, neat and clean. Location in on the main road, with access to nearby attractions and restaurants, Rooms are a bit small, but comfortable and enough for a couple. Though the hotel does not have its own restaurant, they arrange from outside for breakfast in the mornings.The staff was courteous and did provide us suggestions on our local itinerary. No separate parking space, but can park in front on the road.Last but not the least, it was well worth the money.

I recently had a wonderful two-day stay at a Treebo Naaz Royal in Thanjavur. The hotel provided excellent service from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to popular attractions in Thanjavur. Overall, my experience at Treebo Naaz Royal in Thanjavur was delightful. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, comfortable accommodation, made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thanjavur.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was residential and safe. On the main road very close to highway. Internet (WIFI) speed was good. very helpful and courteous staff. Overall I felt it is a good value for money.

Geyser not being there is a setback. Mattress could have been slightly better.

Although hot/cold water mixers and head showers and hand showers are fixed in the bathroom, hot water was supplied separately, and the entire purpose of such a facility is completely defeated. Staff are excellent and polite, and they deserve encouragement. Ambiance is outstanding 👏 👌.

The bathroom was higher than the room and there is a big step to take. My father had a minor fall. It would be nice to add another step to assist older people.

This hotel is in a new building and it is easily accessible. I was super happy with the cleanliness and hygiene.The reception and staff are very friendly. It was a very good stay.

We had to wait for 10 mins in the morning for water In the toilet after informing the reception, but that’s okay.

Cleanliness, pictures are accurate, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is delicious.

Towels not provided had to ask for it, hotel is situated next to a busy road so during the day there is a bit of noise, although at night it's okay. I specifically booked a double bed and was taken to a room with two single beds, I asked about this and they prepared a new room and this one also had two single beds pushed together, not acceptable.
