Great Location for travellers with Car. Only fullfledged hotel in Karaikal. Great Food and room service. House keeping is perfect. Front office is good.

If you are looking for good-white towels please carry your own. The towels are grayed, though they are properly washed by the hotel, probably need replacement. Shower had no curtains & kerb, so water splashes everywhere, difficult to keep the washroom dry, but Housekeeping guys does a great job of keeping it clean everyday. Hotel managment shall look into small things like bathroom finishes, esp., the corners, remains of white-cement, unfinished tiling work etc. Need to update the extra bed rates Booking.com says INR500 but the front office guy asked for INR1000?????

One of a kind hotel in Karaikal in close proximity to Saturn temple. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning was good and the room was quiet. The bathroom was clean with hot water for an early am shower. The North Indian dishes were good.

01. The breakfast was average where many selections were unavailable. 2. The South Indian thali also has to be improved in taste. 3. TV screens blaring in the restaurant and bar will annoy a few people.

Hotel is situated in between Karaikal and Thirunallar. The best part is it's away from traffic hassels and a nice and peaceful place to settle in. Though in house restaurant is available, if you prefer to take food outside, it's a matter of 10 minutes driving. Car Parking: Ample space and easy parking. Reception : Exceptional and Courteous. Rooms : Very Clean and tidy and Spacious. Toilets. : Neat and Spotless Clean with 24 hour Hot water . Restaurant: Both Veg and Non Veg Cuisine available . Accessability : Situated in between Karaikal and Thirunallar road with less traffic. Really we stayed and enjoyed staying there.

Hotel is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Restaurant offers variety of dishes and the food is good. There is a separate swimming pool for adults and kids. Pool is neatly maintained.

They charged me Rs 1000/- extra than my booking at Booking.com. They said, the amount shown in Booking.com does not include their Commission. This has never happened to me till date. Nowhere i have paid more than the booked value. They made me pay that extra amount. Since there were no other hotels available nearby and we were with family, we had to pay and take the room. Secondly, though the food was good, it was too overpriced.

Service of staff in general and Mr Vijayan in particular. We are sure Vijayan is a valuable staff for the business and we wish him well in his endeavours.

Providing one towel when they know there are two guests. They expect us to ask for the second towel each day, which is bizarre.

Stay and the staffs

I ordered dinner at 10:45 PM and called to check on 11:30PM they did not even start to prepare. They were asking sir did you order in swiggy! This was mainly because of faulty telephone in room. Finally got the food at 11:50 Pm. Except that all was fanstastic.

Staff were great. The hotel was kept clean. A/C in the rooms were top notch.

There needs to be a/c outside the rooms too. The hotel outside the rooms was humid. Bathroom shower needs a door so water doesn’t come out. Better toilet paper and towels would be nice.

The room was spacious, clean. Staff were polite. Restaurant food was fresh, good and service was awesome.

Extra bed was rs.1000, but booking.com said rs 500 per night for an extra bed. It'll be good if the details are accurate.

A very good hotel in this poor area.

Trouble with the booking, I book the double room for each 2 person, gave 2 names in the booking system, but it was mentioned only one person, so the hotel want to have extra money for the second person. There is a mistake in the booking system, please check it.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Even the housekpping/cleaners wheer very helpful and friendly ( would like to call our Vinod).

Food options could be better. Food, especially lunch was a little too oily.
