We just stayed for a night, and couldn't spend much time at the hotel. Excellent ambience and lots of open space inside the property and within the hotel giving a bright and positive vibe, unlike some properties which prefer a dull or dimly lit atmosphere, the staff were very polite and we had a warm welcome. My son had even spotted a carrom board in the lobby area. A mini fitness centre was also present. The restaurant was also good. The rooms were also well-maintained. They were very accommodating and when requested even permitted me to me back into the hotel to freshen up even after checking out after the dharshan. I wish we could have stayed a little longer here. I am waiting to return back in the future.

The only downside was the frequent power cut that was present throughout the night, maybe because of the developing cyclone causing the heavy spell of rain, leading to improper cooling of the room. A suggestion for improving could be to add a few more board games (not sure if it would be provided on request) and the soap dispenser was difficult to use, being in a glass bottle it was very difficult to express the liquid soap from as it tended to be sort of tight and was very slippery.

The rooms were very spacious and the amenities provided were good. The staff was also very courteous and accommodating. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was nice and tasty too. All in all, it was wonderful.

The hotel location is a bit far from the main temple. It's around 8 Kms from the hill temple. However, it doesn't matter much if you've your own vehicle, except for an additional 10 mins drive.

My room rent did not included CB/F, But the food quality was good and reasonable rates. The property located in is peaceful location. Though i understood it is 10 years old property, however, it is maintained like a new property. No complaints for me. i would prefer to book to the same hotel if i get to visit again at the same location. and 100% recommendation from my side for viewers.

For me the stay was comfort and very nice location and my family enjoyed the stay and appreciated. so there is no dis satisfaction at any point of my stay. so i would request to hotel management to maintain always in same appearance.

Sateesh from front office was Exceptional, he helped us manage & plan our temple visit, further requested the kitchen team to provide us breakfast 15 mins earlier than regular time. This was definitely a 'wow' experience.. His co-ordination and customer facing skills are excellent 👌 Our stay at GRT was very memorable.. Thanks

A decent property . Not very quiet, guests make a lot of noise in common corridor adjacent to the rooms. Helpful staff .

Dining area is not clean so as the table cloths . Food delivery is late perhaps due to wedding ceremonies .

Room is spacious and clean.

Booking.com is charging more tax than the government. The tax is only 12%. But the actual charge was more than that. Booking.com to change your style of changing more tax. This is not acceptable

There are very few cons, so I will stick to just the cons

The rooms were very big, but unfortunately the bathrooms were very narrow, which is odd. The hotel is too far from the town, i.e., Thiruttani.

Overall cleanliness and size of the room. Excellent staff. Bathroom had leaking wash basin

The room and amenities (e.g. dining and also in room snacks) can be considered expensive for a trip in India and parts of the room is a bit worn out (for example, the entrance panels of the bathroom were rotting at the bottom). The spring mattress was also a bit painful to sleep on despite the great size of the king bed.

This is a very good hotel with the best facilities. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. Perfectly priced. Very friendly staff.

I booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 1 kid (16 years) but they were saying I booked for only 2 people and was about to charge more money but eventually they didn't. Also the room service was not upto the mark.
