The stay was amazing. I tried their Handi biryani and Hyderabadi Pulao which was exact same which I had last. Their biryani's are very tasty and a must go for any person ordering their room service.

From Last so many years I'm staying in this hotel with comfortable stay, nice breakfast and same faces makes my check in and check out very fast and with full trust I can put so no worries.

We got late in our work within city and did not want to take room for whole day for which we were allowed late check out by just telling the staff once and he was ready to help.

The manager has very good behaviour. The staffs are very good.

In a complementary breakfast only 02 nos of idly was provided.

At the time of check in I found lot of guest waiting only to find that they were assertive in filling register issued by local authority and scanning all ID cards to be uploaded ( took 15 mins ) in which few guest were not willing to fill completely but I felt happy that they were focus on getting it done right. Amongst those waiting they refused unmarried local customers and guest with no IDs. I found lot of hotels nearby not wanting to go such customers but since long this hotel has been to understand family customers needs. Their cafe management was equally concerned in fulfilling all age guest requirements from kids "Khichdi " to south Indian delicacy to senior citizen basic requirement.

Add lift which is under renovation.

I had a very nice satisfaction stay with money well spent. I had forgot to book statue online tickets but the staff reminded us to do one day prior so we get entry without hurdles also they guided us to book ropeway tickets online to Pawagadh so we don't have to wait in que.

room was clean.

their payment system sucks . they ask to pay 25% in advance which I did. when I checked in they didn’t have payment records. I provided them proof. still I have to pay full amount and has to dispute charges with credit card ( PayPal). can’t recommend them because of right hand doesn’t know what left hand is doing. stressful experience. in case you book never pay in advance.

During check in it took 10 mins to fill register and scan ID card whish as per hotel is compulsory to upload to government. Other wise all things are well managed. Best part is I gave laundry in the morning and received same day evening. I prefer to stay in this hotel.

Could increase staff training

The best part of the hotel is that they still have maintained balcony for fresh air, I need to sit under sun first thing in morning and unlike many budget hotels they still provide balcony with lots of trees around which is one main requirement for me. For washed clothes, provision or rack is also there in balcony.

The room was very neat and clean. All the amenities were well placed.

The television in one of the rooms was non functional. A request was registered at the reception to get it fixed. The personnel came to attend to the complaint however did not work on it. The television was not operational during the stay.
