Breakfast was very good , rooms were excellent, staff were very friendly and professional and courteous, facilities were excellent, very friendly service, prompt service ,food was very good indeed.

I would like to say the services of Mr Imran Sheikh ,front office reception were excellent, restaurant attended Shebeb were excellent, security guards Vinod Pandya and Vivek were excellent in maintenance of service and security and helping with luggage, Ms Shivani was very friendly and professional front desk , and Mr Artria was very good in booking transportation needs

Very comfortable beds,clean rooms and very courteous staff... I asked for a late check out , they said max they can give till 3pm.. But they understood my concern that I had a late night flight and to my surprise they agreed to give me the late check out till 5pm... Honestly I was very happy.. I immediately called two of my family members who are visiting Vadodara soon and recommended that they stay at this hotel... Thank you so much Four points by Sheraton for your excellent hospitality and making me feel at home.. I will definitely stay here for next visit.. Warm regards to all your team members..

The reception staff on 15th July early morning were exceptionally honest and helpful . We had checked out of the hotel and checked in at the airport , when I realized that I had left some jewellery in the room . The airport security wouldn’t allow us to go back to the hotel. In this scenario, the hotel staff stepped up , retrieved my jewellery and delivered it at the airport . This gesture made us regain our trust in humanity . Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is in an interesting part of the city. The hotel is a little tired but it’s bright and very clean so this helps . The security is good and you feel very safe. Breakfast is a good selection, not huge but they will make mostly anything fresh for you which is nice.

It’s a minor thing but the coffee machine is quite slow so there is generally a queue but it’s not the end of the world. It would be great if the reception staff had a bit more local knowledge, especially for foreigners but again you can do your own research easily.

The rooms were well maintained and clean. The room size however was small. Breakfast was excellent. The spread was not very lavish but the food was tasty.

The rooms size was small. I had booked premium room expecting bigger size but it wasn’t to be. The staff was not up to the mark. I had requested for soap to be refilled which was not done for an entire day and i had to remind them again next day.

Hospitality. Personalized care, especially from Samarth. He was so helpful. I was not comfortable in the room I was given initially but Samarth went out of the way to get me a room of my choice. It was so comfortable and helped me recover from my jet lag. Restaurant food was great. They made it less greasy/oily/spicy per my request.

Laundry prices too high, especially for a country like India where there's abundance of labor.

Noor, the concierge ensured some food item was arranged before I reach as I requested for it! Huge help as I was famished. And the guy who checked in me ensured in advance that I get the food as was promised; my checking in was very close to the kitchen closing time (approximately 15 mins prior) and I needed some food which wasn't available in the menu after kitchen closes. Thanks to you both and to the kitchen and the server to got the food; he was waiting at the door with my food. My Best to all including the elderly guy who helped me with my bag.

All staff were super friendly and helpful.It's a very welcoming place. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is good, a few restaurants and small shopping mall nearby. There's a nice little park almost next to the hotel. Close to the airport.

The bedsheets felt quite synthetic and the pillows were not that comfortable. No on-site outdoor space to relax. Breakfast is sufficient, but nothing special. No fresh fruits.

Lovely, clean hotel. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Our room was big enough to add an extra bed for our son. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious food in restaurant.

Should have high chair for babies in dining area. Also, location could be nicer given the style of the hotel

The Staffs are very friendly and support. They serve buffet in hotel ,that's very convenient for everyone. Everything is good. Near restaurants, coffe shops and mall. Next time I still want to book a room in Four Points again.
