The people.. the staff.. everyone here was amazing, genuinely happy and made me feel like a king. Being vegan, they took great care of me, went out of their way to make me special dishes and took care of every wish.. I cannot stress this enough, I don’t care if I slept on wood, the level of service here cannot be matched. Special mention to the Front House Manager, Rajesh… the F&B Manger, Restaurant Manager… the staff in the restaurant.. the chefs.. the head chef himself had me on radar. 7 stars for service.

Well, this is not a “didn’t like” but more about feedback I’d love to see; 1. An area where someone can have a meeting with locals. 2. A few more English TV programs 3. Better WiFi (faster - my phone was quicker).

Food options, taste, attention to detail in food presentation, plenty healthy options along with traditional ones. Despite relatively small restaurant, the arrangement was very professional and appetising. location is good. The staff both at reception and restaurant were courteous and smiling. They gave us an early check-in at11:00 am without much fuss. Restaurant staff is very kind and generous with how they treat guests, always smiling and checking on you if you need something. Housekeeping staff was quick and attentive in responding to needs of guests. Kudos to the entire team for managing the stay seamless.its rare to find value for money in such hotels but the staff helped in doing so.

Clean Rooms Super Friendly Staff Even though I booked at a higher room rate before the GST rate cuts, the price differential was passed on to me in terms of no charge for in-room dining etc. This was a sweet gesture.

Very small rooms. Slightly run down building and room. bathroom had slow drainage or slow decline towards the drain. Even with 30 seconds shower on will flood the entire bathroom. No bathroom mat to stand on and take a bath, not provided on asking as well.

Hotel Staff were always willing to assist and made our stay in Vadodara memorable. Special thanks to Neeraj and Dileep at the frontdesk who went an extra mile to help. Good variety of breakfast options and al a carte menu for lunch and dinner.. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return to this hotel again.

Location was very good, close to everything, very nice breakfast spread. Wonderful staff , they gave us free upgrade of room , super prompt staff!! Value for money , functional business hotel with all necessary amenities.AC , kettle , everything in perfect order of functioning.Staff takes great effort on cleanliness

The breakfast spread was good, catering to different taste buds and health needs. I tried the lunch and dinner - ala carte menu and it was delicious too. Room was good sized with proper facilities. Overall, very comfortable stay with meals catered too.

Lift system can be improved, at times was slow.

A large comfy room. Breakfast choice was excellent and staff professional and attentive. The corridors of the hotel were a little tired and the access to the gym via the staircase was blocked by a pipe - but that may have been a temporary issue. Location of the hotel was good and there were eateries around and rickshaws available.

Esther was very helpful at the check-in, she along with all staff at your property. Extremely prompt and helpful in accomodating requests. The propert is clean and very helpful with all requests. I will say, one n only one negative was their busy restaurant which didn't accept ala carte for lunch. But on the bright side I went to the place across the street and had a very delicious meal at Pragyaraj. Amazing. Anyway, overall comfortable stay and very good valet and services.

Parking needs more service assistance , Road blocks due to Sewage line maintenance just around the corner were a big pain , in reaching the hotel ! Live eggs counter needs attention to improve on dishes they serve …

The staff were amazinggg especially the receptionist Tan Mae he was the best sorry if l spelt that wrong. The housekeeping staff as well were just 10/10 everyone was super friendly super helpful 100% recommend !!!
