This budget hotel is an excellent choice for travelers on a tight budget. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had all the basic amenities. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The hotel is located in a great spot, close to shops and restaurants and varanasi junction Highly recommend

This hotel is great value for money. The room was spacious also clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful, and the location was central, making it easy to access the city’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit. Highly recommend it for budget travelers.

No idea where they get the good reviews, but don't book a room here. Very shady behavior throughout. We had a room for two nights booked through Booking.com. A few days ahead, they asked for an advance payment "to confirm our reservation". This didn't make any sense, our reservation was already non-refundable. It actually looked like scam (although it was probably legit). Anyway, when we arrived, they told us they have no free rooms - yes, despite that we still had the confirmed reservation on Booking.com. They offered us another place somewhere far across the city, which we declined. Then they wanted to offer us another, larger room at triple the original price. That we declined again. Eventually, we went to find a room somewhere else. (They say we'll not be able to find a free room on Sundhy night, but we had no issues with that - there are plenty of hotels in the area).

The staff is very rude and rooms as are shown on net at booking time are not provided at all and do not attend your phone till you reach the hotel as the find you are in trouble along with your family they charge as per there wish.

If they had provided me the rooms as were shown at the time of booking. And the behavior of staff was too rude. Could not understand a person travelling with 90 yrs old parents and are happy to hares and torture senior citizen.
