Had an excellent stay at Hotel City Palace! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect place for a relaxing stay with great service. Highly recommend!

The stay was decent, and the food was good, but I wasn’t satisfied with the cleanliness. The rooms could have been maintained better. Hoping for an improved experience next time.

Cozy room; kind staff; tasty food; clean environment; near to the train station; good location; easy to get public transport; supportive staff.

The only thing I expected was a balcony and city view which was mentioned in the description but nevertheless, the stay was worth the money.

Staff were really amazing. Kind and polite. Very helpful. The receptionist sent us in wrong room first which was smaller but later gave us the room which was what we paid for without any arguments.

Breakfast was not worth the additional cost. Room cost is little more than being justified. Rest everything was ok.

Room, Washroom, Bed, cover all were clean, Easy check inn. Overall everything was awesome.

Complimentary breakfast was not in sufficient quantity as compare to other properties. No buffet, No choice of breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was outstanding. From the support staff to the manager (Rajesh Gupta) everyone was very grateful and helpful
