The location was the best thing for this hotel. Right in the middle of all the tourist spots. The staff was very helpful and was able to meet all our needs. The food at the restaurant was also good. I feel if the hotel had added some dishes which are peculiar and famous for Varanasi it would have been very good. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was good. Hot water was available in the bathroom.

Two out of four rooms which we had booked had no windows.

Clean rooms, good food and pleasant service. Location to all temples very good and so for the ganga aarti in the evening.

The hotel has too many steps to climb from the road and travelling with two octagenerians made it quite difficult for them. Wifi was not good at all. Have informed the management. The pillows were too small.

Location was excellent. The vibe of Varanasi can be felt as soon as one steps out of the hotel.

The travel Desk at the hotel serms to be pricey. Especially the boat ride for the evening Aarti was overpriced.

Hotel Location is very good in a central chowk. Close proximity to Kashi Vishvanath temple. Courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast Buffett was good.

Quite pricey for the facilities and room decor it provides. Hotel misled that Kashi Vishwanath is 2-3 minutes away. It can be with 3 wheeler auto, but gate number 4 is quite far away by walk.

I loved the location. Near to Dashashwamedh Ghat. Staffs were helpful. Food service was fast and good.

The Indian government had issued sim cards for Nepali citizens but every sim card distributors refused to provide it easily. Had to choose other way out with the help of their staff paying extra penny.

Very tasty, digestible, plenty and healthy in early morning with very cleanliness and very very good cooperation of staffs.

Only Pappaya fruit should be more ripen, other fruits are good good.

breakfast was good . Lunch/dinner was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location was wonderful. Kashi Vishwanath temple was walking distance so was Dashashwamedh ghat. Hotel provided support for TAXI , boat ride etc. Famous eateries for chaat and sweets are within 100 meters.

One person at reception barely communicated and didnot know anything. Road is too noisy due to heavy traffic and constant honking.

To top the list, the perk point is the Location of the hotel. It's actually located at the chauraya, which makes it as the ideal place to stay. Kashi Vishwanath temple was 4mins walk whereas the prominent Dasheshwamegh ghat was 5 mins walk, the famous Kashi Chat Bhandaar is Just 2mins away. The best is you get all possible modes of transport outside the hotel. Their is a sense of security and safety that a tourist feels at this place. The Desk staff are always forthcoming to extend help and guidance with a smiling face. Restaurant is much better than few others in the vicinity. The best part of the hotel was it so lively and flocked by tourist and vehicle all the time.
