Exceptional great staff. Birender was very kind and even arranged for a hair dryer when I got drenched in rain . also a timely cab to airport the location is great 9 min to Ghats and around 12 min to Kashi Vishwanath temple. the food was great . They recently opened their own restaurant would surely book it next time

Location is excellent. Behaviour of the staffs are really 👌. Veg food are nice. Room space and facility are also excellent. In a word, this hotel is lucrative. I always recommend this hotel as a first choice to stay at Varanasi. Temple, food shop, marketing place are all nearby. Dashaswamedh ghat is only 5 to 7 minutes walk from the hotel.

As the main road is under construction , the back entrance of this hotel is a bit dusty and inconvenient. The only and main drawback of this hotel is no cab can park or move just near the hotel entrance. Hotel crews will help you to carry your luggages from Girjaghar crossing to the hotel with smiling face which is just 2 to 3 minutes walk.

We visited during the peak rush at Varanasi during Maha Kumbh period. The staff was exceptionally good, Since vehicle movement was restricted near the Hotel, the hotel staff help us to pick up our luggage just on a phone call. During the stay also the staff was very polite and helpful. However the Kitchen was available during a limited time. Its located near Vishwanath dham, so a very good location for any one who would like to visit the Vishwanath dham templ. Will definately visit again.

Location was very good taking into considertaion the Viswanathar temple which is walking distance and many other temples surrounding this temple. Shopping facilities was also good around the area of the hotel and tuk-tuk available easily to move around the town. Special mention of the Manager Brindle who was ever so helpful and very pleasant and accomodative to our needs. The staff also was helpful and friendly. Kudos to the manager who has got very good rapport with the staff and most importantly the customers. Take this opportunity to extend our thanks and gratitude to all who had been serving us during our stay. Wishing you all great success of the hotel. Just a suggestion that a proper cafetaria be added to the hotel mainly for breakfast and light refreshments.

The staff was amazing. The Hotel Manager was very helpful, providing us with useful information and tips. He genuinely cared about our experience in the city. We visited during a festival, which made transportation to the airport quite challenging. However, he arranged everything and even escorted us to the car, as it couldn't enter the hotel area due to the large crowds in the city at that time. Despite being located in a very busy area (near the Bazaars and main Ghats), the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

There is little to mention, perhaps the fact that the terrace is not fully functional, or at least not to the same extent as the other services in the hotel.

The location of the property is great. The hotel itself is not accessible by vehicle as it’s located in one of the narrow and busy lanes of old town Varanasi(Its more the nature of city than location of hotel). The staff was good and happy to help. They helped us pick up luggages, answered questions, resolved any minor hiccups related hot water was resolved quickly. We were a family of 6 and stayed in 3 different rooms and in all rooms amenities were good.

It did not have a kitchen of its own due to staff shortage but the location of hotel is such that you have lot of eateries around.

Loved my stay at Namaste Benares. In a group of four, we took the 2x double beds room and the room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent. We checked all the nearby hotels and this one stands out as the best. Definitely recommend.

The check-in at 12PM and the check-out at 10AM can be relaxed a bit. We personally found that to be a bit troublesome as most trains are overnight and you are left with no room. However, the staff was very cooperative and let us use the common lobby, restroom and kept our luggage safe while we waited for our train.

User friendly Value for money as cost is Rs 500 per day. Very near to temple and ghats.

Recently got an opportunity to stay at this property for one night, however the stay was certainly one of the most memorable one. The welcome itself was pretty grand & you can sense the warmth of the people just by stepping inside. The best thing was in evry think were new and glossy. Would certainly look forward to visit again. :)
