Rooms were absolutely spotless, comfortable and well looked after. We took a la carte breakfast as it worked well for us, palate wise (can't handle much spice) and pocket wise. The hakka noodles, pakora, Indian curries we had were fabulous. The jalebi, made in Desi ghee, were to die for. We had the kheer and gulab jamun as well. Staff in restaurant are very warm and welcoming, with Mr Lalsu always serving us. Suvarna and the other lady were always checking on us. Staff at reception were very helpful as well. Driver Mr Ashok is such a reliable person too. And Mr Prateek from the travel desk assisted us in Organising our trip. Definitely recommend this hotel found in a bustling area.

A minor incident with a cleaner but effectively dealt with by the staff. Impressed.

The facility was overall good. I had a very bad experience at the time of booking. They did not have paytm wallet. Neither did they have credit card facilities. They said they eill cancel my booking. Somehow u manged qr oayment. I spoke to hotel and said payment is made. Next day u get email rooms are cancelled i had to call them and re explain everything. Not a good experience Total harassment. I did not like that part of service. May think twice before booking

attitude of all staff were excellent. every person was very helpful and provided a homely stay feeling. They provided best of their services whenever asked for

Staff need to have more experience in standardising the services provided. They should be provided more training and should be having checklist of completing a service on end to end basis. Many times they forget to standardise for completeness and miss out things. pl take this as a positive feedback to improve rating of your hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Bed was very good and extremely clean.

There was no wifi connection at all even though it was mentioned that free Wifi was available. This is a major drawback of the hotel. The lift is quite slow and the number is inadequate. The front desk work should be fully computerised. The front desk people could be more efficient and friendly (with a smile). ,Being a new hotel these are a few suggestions to improve and hope the authorities would take them in the right spirit.,

The location is great , easy commute to all the important temples was possible. Staffs are very courteous and friendly.
