We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and they gave us our room, which was fantastic - we really need to sleep after night at the bus. The AC worked without problems, very good TV with satelite and apps like YouTube etc.

The shower did not work - water spout out everywhere in the bathroom, but not on you. The bed was big, but very tough. It is a little bit hard to find the location of the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Varanasi — the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very courteous. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Varanasi and looking for great service and warm hospitality.

The location is a bit inside the lanes, but it’s perfect for exploring the ghats and temples nearby.

The hotel location is bit inside from the main road and need to walk a bit.

The hotel was very well maintained, and the staff were ever ready to help.They helped me to locate all the places I had wanted to visit, provided the necessary information about boat rides etc. and even escorted me till the Lord Vishwanath Temple on my first evening there. On the last day, they served us wholesome meals, arranged for a toto to visit the remaining major temples and places of interest, along with the comfortable trip till the railway station. All in all, our stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant.

The management and all staffs were very helpful and cooperative, clean and hygienic. Total value for money. Located strategically close to the Kashi Vishwanath temple as well as the Ghats.

No lift, not located on main road, no restaurant.

Hotel facility is too good. It's very difficult to find a clean and hygienic room in Varanasi, luckily I found White canyon. The staff at the hotel ( Sarthak, Aayan, Manoj) are extremely polite and humble. They will guide you throughout the stay. It's a home-like feeling in the hotel, which nowadays is very difficult to get. Owner Mayank is also very humble. Overall I would definitely recommend you to stay here.

Hotel was inside the small Gali... Only TOTO ( e rickshaw) can come that inside. Although that's not a big problem. It's hardly 2 mins away from Main road.

The Hotel staff was very pleasant, quick service, clean rooms, good homely food and especially Mr Rohit Mishra was very helpful and kind, and extended all types of help for making the stay comfortable. The hotel caretaker Mr Manoj ji also helped a lot in identifying right way to visit the pilgrimage places with tips & tricks to get to those places at the most affordable cost. Wish all the staff and room service persons a good luck and great future ahead... Thank you

The staff is very good and very supportive. They treat you Like their own family. The hotel is quite nice and well maintained.

I just loved the place,it was damn clean and the staff was extremely polite and humble.Their service was excellent and special thanks to Ravi bhaiya(staff member),he was so helpful,and we had easy check in too.

The location was very quiet and the staff who were present were helpful.
