#1 The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom are maintained well. #2 I like the long cupboards which is very spacious for one person. #3 Good location to reach the Kasi vishwanath temple and the public transport is at walkable distance. #4 A lot of good options to explore street food in this lane

#1 Communication - When I asked for a request on changing a bed, the way a male reception staff was responding was horrible. He was talking as if I am working under him. #2 Sticking some room guidelines posters would be good, like not to talk loudly in the late night or listening to YouTube shorts loudly or giving disturbance in opening/closing cupboard during early morning 5 am, etc..

Bedzz is 10-15 minutes away from sites for which one visits Varanasi -- Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Dashashwamedh Ghat. The staff are very supportive. One night we were to be late till almost the restaurant's closing time; they cooked our pre-ordered dinner just 30 minutes before our arrival so that we ate piping hot food. There is a lounge on the top floor where one can relax. The restaurant offers decent choice, and the food is flavourful.

The hotel is situated in a commercial complex, whose main entrance opens to the street. The lift to the hotel floors is just adjacent to the entrance. While there is a security guard at the entrance till late evening, there is none at night. The hotel must appoint a security guard for the night hours. The en-suite bathroom must have a grip in the bathing enclosure for elderly guests. The bathroom should have continuously running warm water.

This is my third time staying at Bedzzz Varanasi. The staff are very friendly and are happy to accommodate any request from organising transport to room service. The best location for car access as well as tuktuk and rickshaw local transport. Clean comfortable rooms offering the most comfortable bed you’ll find in Varanasi and being located on Luxa Road for straight line walk to Ganga and all she has to offer. Fantastic location to Ganga Ghats Great air con in room Clean and tidy large room Windows that open for fresh air Great shower bathroom facility Very close to all facilities a traveller needs including food stores, chemists, clothing department stores, Uber tuk tuk and rickshaws Staff great overall a very pleasant and satisfying place to stay while visiting Varanasi. I highly recommend Bedzzz Varanasi and will be staying there again when I return to Varanasi.

I didn’t like the booking.com that is pay half deduction and pay the other half on check out. I would prefer pay all in full via booking.com.

We stayed in a room which was facing away from the streets so we were completely cut-off from the street noises and was peaceful. The room was fresh and linen were clean. Friendly staff. This place has an elevator which makes it elderly friendly.

As we wanted to visit the temple early morning, we had to take bath at 6 AM. Out of three days, we got hot water in the shower only on one of the days, in the morning. During the later part of the day, there is hot water. You need to inform the front desk and they put on the hot water geyser.

The bed was extremely comfy and the room size was very good. The hotel is very quiet considering how loud it's out there with the traffic. Location isn't ideal if you want to go to the Ghats constantly as you need to walk quite a bit in the madness of the traffic, but it's close to many commercial activity and restaurants. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also very good and great value for money

Great location of the hostel in varanasi, the dorm and bathroom were clean. The restaurant has a nice view of the street and offers delicious food

The only thing that was a bit different from other hostels in India was the less friendly reception people. Some of them did not speak English and they were not as friendly and welcoming as other staff members I saw in India. Hopefully they will improve their behaviour towards tourists

The hotel was excellent, very clean, and comfortable to stay. The wifi and air conditioning worked perfect. They let us check in early. The location is very good, 10 minutes walk to the river and very close to shops, restaurants and supermarket.

A little noisy but we were staying in the room facing the street and the noise on the street is 24/7 (it is not a problem of the hotel itself). Consider staying in the other rooms or bring an earplug.

The location was by far, the best. Of course that being in the center of the city comes with more noise, but if you live in India you are used to it, if not it will be an adjustment. The staff was beyond kind. The room was comfortable, no mosquitoes, clean. Breakfast varies day to day, you have amazing veg Indian options to try, the staff there is super helpful, it is a veg restaurant. You will feel all the city vibe in the street in front, and you can walk to Ganges river in the morning easily.

The property is at a perfect location which allowed us to easily go around to the most beautiful places specially all Varanasi Ghats are at just 10 mins walk from this property. Bedzz is one of the best places to stay with all kinds of facilities and has very professional staff with excellent service. They are very friendly and punctual in every aspect.
