Nice staff and good value. The evening staff for a late check in were super nice. Most of all, it was quiet (set back from the street) and very comfortable. You need a tuk tuk or decent walk to the Ghats. we felt like we escaped all the noise and busy streets when we turned into the short street this hotel is on. nice restaurant next door. It is easily accessible by car unlike many hotels closer to the Ghats.

We liked everything. Closeness to the Ghats is the only trade off but we just needed nice staff, clean and quiet for a fair price..which is totally what we got.

Rooms were clean and decent sized. Staff was courteous. Location is good with Ghat etc almost walkable. The hotel connected us to some excellent local guide to take us around. Overfall very good experience. The restaurant downstairs had very good food with excellent service too.

Breakfast and morning tea. Morning Tea was cold everytime we ordered, so after a while we just stuck to room kettle tea. Breakfast, though not listed, is offered but is very limited. It's just easier to step out in the morning and eat at any of the other local eateries.

The location is fantastic The property has a BIG private CAR parking for hotel guests - free for hotel guests The room was clean, the staff was courteous and polite, it is just walking distance from Kashi Vishwanath temple corridor and river Ganga All tourist attractions are nearby, the hotel has a good multi cuisine veg restaurant There is also a good sweet shop " Kashi Delights " in the hotel campus that has authentic Kashi sweets, must try their walnut burfi and pista paan

The location was so close to the Ghats that it made the area too crowded and noisy and due to Shivrathri the road was closed which made us to walk more than 10 minutes with our suitcases and to get a tuk tuk and then to catch a taxi to the taxi to airport . When we arrived , the taxi refused to go to the hotel due to heavy traffic and we did the same journey with heavy suitcases

Good, comfortable and neat hotel. Menu options are provided from an adjacent restaurant. The breakfast menu is very limited and we had to choose from a limited number of options. Mr vishnu from the front desk is a wonderful person and very helpful with a passionate heart to serve the customers. Centrally located hotel but the surrounding areas can get crowded during festivities like the kumbh mela

The property is new and super clean The hotel has ample parking space - a luxury in congested city like Varanasi - my SUV was parked safely at hotel premises unlike other hotels in Varanasi that park outside unsafely and charge money The hotel is just about 1 km from Kashi Vishwanath Mandir - it is only 12-15 minutes walk from hotel , all other tourist attractions are nearby The veg restaurant at the hotel serves good food and has a good ambience Overall a great stay and experience

The location of the property is very appropriate, close to the temple yet where the car can reach. You get e ricks easily from this location to temple since cars are not allowed beyond a point. Deena chat, Laxmi chat , Gama paan are at walkable distance, other than the restaurant just below the hotel. The rooms are clean and toiletries are provided. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

I had excellent stay at Hotel Utsav Grand, they have BIG parking facility which is a huge plus for a congested city like Varanasi, the hotel is only 1 KM from Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Holy River Ganges, you can walk to the temple and it will take 8-10 mins only, they also have Multi- cuisine restuarant in the hotel that serves very good dishes They also have Ladies suit shop and shoes shop in the premises

The property is top clean and very well kept, double beds are large, clean linen, pure white, and very comfortable. We had a family bedroom, which was large enough for four plus luggage The staff and the manager have been very flexible and helpful with us who needed both an unforeseen early checkin and a late checkout. It also has a good restaurant right next to it

I stayed in Hotel Utsav Grand during my pilgrimage visit to Varanasi. The hotel is located at walkable distance from Kashi Vishwanath temple and holy river Ganges. All other tourist locations are near. They have big car parking area and the room/washroom are neat and clean. The service standards are good and market is nearby. The hotel was peaceful and the restaurant food/room service is very good.
