The property is palatial with an extense of landscaping that makes u feel like u r living with the nature and the hospitality is no less than what makes u the king of the palace. If u want to get soaked or i wud say drowned in pampering, this is the place to be. The property and the people there make u feel nothing short of Royalty. Special mentions to Miss Anuradha, Prachi and Shubham (I am surely missing quite some names though). The food adds to the Royalty even more. Do try the mouth watering Nimona.

Everything about this property was exceptional, right from the wonderful suites, to the stunning property itself and truly gracious hosting by the staff who literally couldn’t do enough. The food was delicious too, and the fact that you literally could order anything and they would get it for you, was a huge bonus.

Service was great. Very homely boutique hotel.

Steam sauna is in a massage room. So you need to book the time of use.

Excellent welcome. Staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Hotel was excellent. The premises could use a little refreshing (rose garden, golf area).

The staff was almost too helpful particularly while dining in that they were inquiring if everything was to our satisfaction too often.

Dont know where to start. the property itself is an oasis….in the middle of chaos. you can experience varanasi and it’s craziness and come to the palace to immediately have a zen state. The staff is beyond words that can describe. Ganesh has passion in running the place and it shows. But then it shows in the door man who ran to be at the ghat to ask if I want a seat for the aart, mind you that is after I checked out. He just cared. the chef, butler, front desk (he actually used his app to call me an Ola and gave me his mobile nbr in case i needed something) everybody were par excellence. if you think you know what it is be royal think again and experience it here. they will welcome you with a conch, garland and some excellent drinks and snacks. the farewell was even better. a gift, and all of the lined up with folder handed hands biding you farewell. I have not experienced that at home. if you are here in varanasi, do experience it. you can say it is pricey, but when you have dinner in their pool side table and the live music plays next to you, you will know it is worth it.

everything was exquisite. yes it is far from main ghats, you can’t book it and then complain. come prepared to take a cab…the least of the issues.
