This was our third time to stay at this hotel. The first time, I wrote a criticism in my review (on another web site). They obviously read it, and responded by correcting what I had criticised. We had a genius room upgrade, which was very definitely worth it. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff fantastic. They even brought us toilet paper.

This is not an expensive hotel, so of course it doesn't meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. While the staff were very responsive to our requests, I didn't like that I had to ask them to replace the old, worn sheets, and to bring soap and shampoo, and a kettle.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Hotel is fine but give complimenty tiffen with charge of one extra person of three rooms even mentioned in the booking with 4 adults and 3 children

Little bit washroom to cleaning,also tv is not coming with any channels it's may t improve internet fecility

Located on highway road side,nice n sareen, staff are very polite ,respectful and cooperative.room is nice n spacious.

Bed sheets are looking nasty...laundry should be done properly, washroom flush button was bit hard...those things needs to take care off.

Room was clean and well maintained. AC was working perfectly fine and a mini fridge was available to keep water bottles cold.

Every thing was good except the internet speed and dustbin were not available in the room. Also, the wasroom needs maintenance.
