The room was comfortable and spacious, Loved it! ❤

The people are so sweet here, the rooms are good not the best but I feel the price is good for what you get! I received a gift a pochette from the hotel and also the floating breakfast is a must do here, I loved the people, the vibe in the hotel, I can’t say anything that I didn’t like!

They are doing restoration next to the hotel but they already told us before we booked so it’s your own choice, it didn’t bother us but I can understand others would found it annoying.

A beautiful villa with a private pool and jacuzzi. The cleanliness of the actual villa is great, spotless surfaces and bathroom. I was warmly welcomed and shown to my room. There was a “happy holidays” mini chocolate truffle in the fridge to welcome me to my holiday in Bali. There are smart appliances operated by Alexa so it is really easy to turn off the light and the ac etc using Alexa and also to play music etc. Really conveniently located, there is a pool club just down the road as well as a bunch of cafes and restaurants. The staff are wonderful. Prompt to answer and nothing is ever too much trouble. Just a very minor point - it was a tad disappointing that after telling the resort I would be celebrating my birthday with them, nothing additional was done for me (I know not mandatory! But would’ve been nice, as other places have gone an extra length to make me feel special).

The cleanliness of the linens could be better, the towels are clean but you can tell they are old and even frayed in sometimes. The bed linen also had a faint mystery spot (although clean, the fact that it had the faint stain should mean it’s taken out of circulation).

THE ROOM WAS SO GORGEOUS! We loved our private pool, daybed and jacuzzi. The bed was SO comfortable and the whole place was dreamily presented. Lovely staff too. Really felt like a home away from home and a slice of paradise to stay here.

Central location. Close to Finn's beach Club and Motel Mexicola. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always looking to help. They were easy to contact via WhatsApp and the WiFi was fast and reliable.

Upstairs room sometimes got a bit hot on the really warm days even with the A/C and Fan running. The room phone didn't charge properly and we couldn't use it intermittently.

Everything was amazing and villa match the pictures and your expectations. Staff was amazing and was very helpful. Would definitely come back as its one of the best villas i have stayed in bali and I've been a few times.

The only downside would be a it's a tiny bit out of the way but everything with in 10min on a scooter, so no issues at all (grab less then a dollar on scooter to get anywhere in canggu)

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Fei, Resi and Devi were amazing. The room we stayed in was so spacious and beautiful. I went to the spa twice and Nova was just excellent, she was so kind and gentle. The gift I was given at the end of my stay was so special and unexpected. A true, once-in-a-lifetime dream!

I loved everything about it and would recommend it to everyone visiting Bali. It was perfect.

The location of the villa is perfect, quite central to everything. We hired a scooter through them and scooted everywhere. The villa was clean everyday, staff were so wonderful and friendly. We liked our private pool but there is also a main pool where we sat too, with some music playing which blocked out the construction happening next door.

Although we had a private pool, we didn’t use it much because of the construction. And also they were working till 8.30pm at night! So with all the drilling and music they were playing, it didn’t create a nice atmosphere.

Our time at Astera Villa Canggu was fantastic! The villa's location is superb, offering easy access to Canggu's lively scene while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The highlight for us was definitely the food – delicious and diverse, catering to all tastes. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, Astera Villa Canggu provided a perfect balance of convenience and culinary delights for an unforgettable Bali experience. Highly recommended

Our room was upgraded to one of the villas which had a private pool and hot tub which we were so happy about. It was lovely and clean with good air con. The bed was also very comfy. The staff went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left our house keys after checking out. They arranged a Grab to bring them to our next hotel which was really helpful and saved us a lot of time
