This is a lovely place to stay, I extended after two nights and stayed for five! I had had bad luck with accommodations a couple of times in Bali but when I arrived here I immediately knew it was the right choice! The cafe at the front is spacious and perfect for working in the morning. I loved how many plants there were all around the hotel area, plus two pools. Just a calm, nice atmosphere! The rooms are really pretty and the bathrooms are big and at least I loved it that they're outdoor bathrooms. The staff were amazing, always calling me by my name (!) and being very helpful with everything.

There were a few problems, for example one room I stayed in had an outdoor shower next to the stairs so people could see in the shower when going up. But no one was using the stairs ever. I moved to another room anyway, and one night there were two cockroaches there. But as soon as I said about it though, they were immediately taken care of and I didn't see any more of them. It's Bali, there are bugs, I didn't think much of it. Also, I did feel like they asked quite a lot (100 000) for doing laundry and things like that, elsewhere it's 30 000 for a kilo. I would absolutely stay here again without thinking twice! I probably will, too.

Perfect if you want to stay in Canggu but away from the busy downtown area. About 40 mins walk to the beach - but very doable and lots of shops and cafes to stop off at along the way. Pool was lovely. Stayed 2 nights after arriving on an international flight. We both had a fantastic Balinese massage with Echo. It was so good we both booked in for another one the following day. Very good value compared to other places. The coffee shop has oat and almond milk with was a bonus and the coffee ☕ was fab 👌 The second morning I got the Bali coffee and paid for hot almond milk on the side and it went really well mixed with small amounts of the Balinese coffee at a time - it is quite strong on its own 😜

Suggestion: offer a vegan breakfast. Currently if you pay in advance for breakfast you get the choice of American or Indonesian (which is veggie & can be made vegan). Vegan option was the American without bacon, egg, sausage which doesn't seem right. Or option to substitute for Avocado on toast but then you don't get the orange juice or fruit platter so also doesn't seem right.

A very nice stay. Quite place not far from the center. The room for one was quite tiny, but I slept well and felt super comfortable. The bathroom was very big. Notice that territory has 2 pools. The only thing I was disappointed in 3 days of my stay that no one told me about the second pool. And I accidentally discovered it while decided to explore the backyard myself. I was shocked by what I found. In a good sense. So stuff should definitely learn more English and say people who arrive what facilities do they have.

The breakfast was tasty. The Wi-FI was not good in the room which I initially booked. But, they have a great terrace where I could work from. It was a calm place to stay and work from in Canggu, which is why I decided to extend my stay at the hotel. Their cafe is pretty nice too, their pancakes and coffee are great. They always had a cold coconut ready to order.

The internet connection was not great in the Deluxe room with terrace, which was a shame because I could not work from the privacy of the nice space I booked. Thankfully their cafe terrace was spacious and pretty. Even when there were few other ppl working from there, it was always quiet.

Super cute beach & surfer vibe design in the rooms. I really liked the outdoor toilet and shower, it felt like showering under the moon and stars. The bed was comfortable and everything felt very clean. Amazing location as I was able to walk to everything necessary.

However, I had no wifi strength in my room and the staff couldn't help. Neither a phone internet signal in there, very weird.

It was very central, even if you don’t have a bike you can walk to cages and the beach down the one road, but you can always get a taxi ride too, really nice relaxing place with friendly staff

Everything about this place is amazing. ESPECIALLY the vibe. Definitely stands up to its name. Price, coffee, cleanliness, AC, food, service. All exceeded expectations

Location was a little bit of out 'the main' zone however $2aud in a grab or a 25 min walk (which I did wasn't too bad as an adult solo but not suitable with children)

The staff were really friendly and attentive, the bed comfortable and the mosquito nets do help a lot. The cafe area has good food and coffee. It's a super peaceful area away from the main road, and you mostly just hear sounds of nature, which can be really relaxing.

The wifi coverage in the room could be much better. It was quite patchy and I had to go outside a few times just to take my calls or send emails.

This is our second time at chillhouse and we just love it! The wifi is great, 2 pools which are both clean. The room was clean. Location was perfect, short walk to Canggu strip. Super quiet! We where able to hire a scooter from reception too!

If I had to be picky the bed could be a tad comfy.

Bathroom, option for single bedroom. Staff was lovely.

Breakfast included is not so good, better to order in the restaurant for not much more. Everything looks a little bit older. I would wish for a better common room area with nice options to relax and lay down, so people come together. Maybe more programme options than 1 yoga class that has to be prebooked and is only available in the morning.
