The size and design of the property is very good. The property has an excellent potential however housekeeping need to be improved a lot otherwise it will go down. The size of bedroom, pool, bathroom is really good and nice, Netflix in the room nice addition,

The cleaningness of the property needs to improve, floor are dirty and cleaning not done to high standard which is a shame,

It was very clean and spacious, i liked the size of the rooms and beds. Well maintained. The pool was nice too! I wasn't expecting it to be that deep. you could swim decent laps in there. The reception created a whatsapp chat to communicate and it was very helpful! They were very responsive when i voiced out about the aircon and hair dryer. They try their best to accomodate and help even though there was a language barrier

The aircon seems to be less cold in the afternoon, at night it's fine. the water dispenser was all warm or hot water, they need to fix that because it's already hot weather and you don't want to drink hot water. I know it's not their fault, but too many bugs along the pool area. you can't leave food alone for even 2 minutes. They don't seem to accept credit card payment onsite, me and my friends had to withdraw cash to pay for the villa.

Very friendly and polite staff, adequately assessing our cleaning wishes and any requests.

The area is quite remote from civilization, the road leading to it is broken, and every ride on a bike is a shudder. The villa is more tired than in the photo. It would do well to clean it regularly from cobwebs and gecko droppings. Also, very good audibility and all conversations of neighbors can be heard, not to mention music.

The villa was as in the photos, large bathroom, aircon that was quiet, large fridge, it was near the Wunderlust gym we were attending so it was convenient.

There was some building noise the first 2 days but then it stopped. The communication with this property was frustrating as I wanted airport pickup but they never got back to me. I figured it wasn’t something they did. I just booked one night elsewhere on arrival but lost one night I’d paid for. Anton did finally msg me on what’s app the day before arrival but only about reception hours.

The facilities are really nice, the staff are really friendly and even made a whatsapp group to communicate with us during our stay. They also organised moped hire for us which was good. Our room had a kitchen area and pool which was perfect. The villa is approx 10 mins from the main part of canggu, which was perfect for us as it was quiet and relaxed, but keep that in mind if you want to be within walking distance to the main part of town. Would definitely stay here again

Location was a bit further out than we expected. This wasn’t a problem as we hired a scooter. It is down a rough back road with a lot of construction nearby so access can be quite bad with the heavy rains

Everything about the villa is absolutely lovely. We especially loved the pool and the open areas in the kitchen and the bathroom where plants were growing under the sky. Literally nothing compares to taking a shower when the rain is coming down on the bathroom. - The place is super neat and clean. The villa and especially the kitchen is well equipped with everything you might possibly need for a long-term stay - The crew does an amazing job at maintaining the villa. We had no need to contact them frequently, but they were online 24/7 so if there was any issue it got resolved promptly - The location is perfect as it’s at a distance from busy traffic but at the same time is just a short scooter ride away from numerous beaches, restaurants and supermarkets - The WiFi speed was alright for mundane things (up to 50 Mbps both download & upload) but the connection was quite unstable and would go down or even drop at times, so if you’re planning to work from there it’s better to have a data SIM for a backup. There is a nice working station in the main room however that was comfortable to work from

Listed below are just minor inconveniences, none of them are actual cons that prevented us from enjoying the stay: - The main room has zero soundproofing because of the sliding doors, so if there’s any noise outside (rain / geckos / neighbours etc) it is well listened from the inside. We got used to it with time though so wasn’t a big deal in the end - Mosquitoes were spawning out of nowhere so make sure to bring a repellent plug or something to be able to sleep peacefully - It’s not the fault of the property but the road to it is absolutely destroyed, you’d need to drive extremely slowly and carefully - Would’ve appreciated a clothes drying rack to be able to dry swimwear etc outside

The villas were the perfect location for an escape from the busyness of Canggu. We booked two, one room villas, both of which had their own pool and kitchenette. Very comfy beds and lounge furniture outside. The kitchen is very well equipped. The staff set up a WhatsApp on our arrival, and any issues or queries through this were replied to straight away!

In the high winds some of the clear skylight covering the kitchenette flew off which was quite dangerous. Also, wifi was down on two separate days during our stay. (These issues were rectified as soon as they could be by the villa team). The road isn’t great up to the villas. As the kitchen is outside, bugs and ants are very very common!

Everything is same as on the pictures and also very clean. Bathroom is huge and shower has great water pressure. Private pool is great addition to villa and we spent a lot of time in it. Staff is very friendly and polite. Cleaning is done two times per week. You can also rent scooter for cheap price.

Stains on towels Road is in very bad condition Sliding doors (animals and insects can easily enter into bedroom)

The location was good, the pool was nice, the staff really friendly and helpful.

The appliances (toaster/blender) were covered in mold and unusable. I would say this was the only thing that was really dirty, and the rest of the villa was fairly clean.
