Everything is okay. The staff are kind and helpful. The room is clean.. The living room and dining room is spacious..

The location is a little bit far from main road, approx. 600 meters

Very clean. Have motorcycle for rent, per hour rate. Pantry for quest, freeflow water, tea, coffee. Morning can be noisy because my room very close to road but not a minus for me since I need to wake early too.

Good location where we could go down for restaurants, shop market, Bank trip. etc The food in lembang super good like that susu, ayam bubur, ayam goreng, pissing goreng, durians, even has Chinese food restaurant here. We also could go upside to hiking in the mountains where only charge tickets of 15.000 RP 2 persons. The hotel has many public area for us enjoy breakfast with free teas.

Better bring more clothes as the temperature in night time very low like winter😆😆😆 But we ask help from hotel for extra blankets😉😉😉

Location very strategies, room was quite big for family, Menus for dinner with Sundanese food was satisfy, and so far all area clean. Recommended for stay

Unfortunately no breakfast at that time, and parking area very small space then make me waiting around 15 minutes in the car during check out due to arrangement of visitor in and out in the same time

All i like is just the cool weather.

Wifi is super slow! Got disconnected frequently. The inhouse cafe was closed for the whole of my entire stay so I had to order grabfood for breakfast. I don't see why people rate it as 8.9

Hotel location is good.

Lot of scope for improvements like hygiene, cleanness ensuring blankets and bedsheets should be cleaned and properly arranged. Lot of bad smell in toilets

The staff was really nice. I asked whether I could use their computer urgently for 15 mins and they let me without a problem. I truly appreciate that. Also, there was hot water. The location is great, close to many streetfood markets, banks, pharmacies etc.

The room was not clean and looked nothong like the pictures. There were cracks in the walls, sheets and towels seemed like they have been used previusly, there was dust and mould. We saw that not all rooms are like this, sone were very clean...The street is quite loud, so if you are a light sleaper, this is not for you.

the bathroom wasn’t clean and smelled very bad, we actually had to go buy some air freshener cause it kept us awake
