I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Bandung, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The ambiance of the hotel is great, and the facilities are clean and well-kept. Most importantly, the service was superb—from the receptionists to housekeeping, every staff member was polite, attentive, and professional. One of the highlights of the stay was the excellent location. The hotel is just a short 200–300 meter walk to Braga Street, where I could enjoy a 24-hour café while my kids were asleep in the room. It’s a very convenient and safe area, especially if you're looking to explore Bandung’s food and nightlife scene without straying far from your room. We did experience a minor maintenance issue with the bathroom sink pipe, which was broken and initially only temporarily fixed. However, after reporting it again, the team fully resolved the issue and even followed up with a personal call to apologize and ensure everything was in order. Kudos to the staff for their responsiveness and care. The breakfast was also great, offering a good selection. It would be even better with more Indonesian cuisine options, considering Bandung’s rich culinary identity. All in all, Crowne Plaza Bandung is a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the bathroom and toilet, which feel a bit dated. A refurbishment or upgrade would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.

We had an amazing stay. Location was great — just a few mins walk to Jln Braga. We were spoilt with so many selections for Breakfast and they were all delicious. The use of Whatsapp to communicate was a good choice, at least I didn’t have to call to ask for anything. Staffs were all very friendly and welcoming. Room was great too! Would definitely stay here again

The front rooms look out onto the main road running in front of the hotel. The traffic noise, especially the high pitched motorbikes, was loud and went on all night. We asked to be moved as we had little sleep. They obliged and moved us to a quiet zone facing a different direction and that was good. So as a recmmendation ask for a quiet zone room.

the staff was excellent. from the time you get out of the car the concierge, front desk were very welcoming and helpful in fulfilling our requests. Room that we were upgraded to was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel was in a quieter part of city which was nice. Breakfast was the best. Who can say no to Haagen Dasz for breakfast? Good spread of western and local food and it tasted fresh.

We had to wait a bit for the room for check in. other than that, there was nothing to complain.

This hotel is a true gem near all central attractions. The facilities are fantastic, the price reasonable but overall the level of service is top notch. Every person we came across was beyond warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is also super good.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Just a small suggestion since the spa currently doesn’t offer male massage therapists, which might be a limitation for some guests, perhaps this could be considered for the future

Room is spacious

There are many additional fees for connecting rooms as these were intended for my parents who are at 91 and 81 needs to be accompanied by sitters. I don’t like paying this extra fees. It should be goodwill and friendly for accomodating request without having to pay extra

The staffs are always welcoming guests with smile and ensuring that we are properly attended. Our location is also located within a walking distance from the main street (Jalan Braga).

Despite lowering the tenperature to 25 degrees, it still felt like it was too cold to sleep in.
