Good sized room, with many areas to store belongings . Very comfortable extra large bed and bathroom was spacious and functional . The situation was good, as the beautiful residential area just across the road was a delight to walk in with the beautiful trees and gardens . Many food vendors were up and down the street, and small supermarkets were about 5mins walk away . Very clean rooms ,with a very good restaurant downstairs where we ate numerous times . A limited menu, but enough to satisfy us, as the food was fresh , appetising, beautifully presented and very tasty . The staff were very welcoming and friendly as well .

The ridiculous little bar fridge in the room ...which didn't cool at all,it was hot. It should be replaced with a little "cooling" fridge

The room is clean and well-appointed. The staff is excellent and very responsive to your needs. The Wi-Fi works just fine. Breakfast is very good for this part of the world and overall, I really enjoyed staying here.

The desk in the room is not good, barely wide enough to accommodate a laptop, you wouldn't want to do any real work from it. The refrigerator in the room is a joke - why install a cold box that only goes down to 20 degrees C? Completely pointless and very annoying.

Room is clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok, good enough. Worth the money. Peanut butter is a big plus 😄👍🏻.

Lift is a bit slow. Lucky I was at second floor so I just use stairs. And also like other have said, there is a useless cooler inside the room. Oh one more, pls dont put big bottle of water if its not free. Some people might just open it and have to pay 😤

The walls was very thin the neighbours was making so much of noise , shouting and banging the furniture and slaming the door it was very unfair to us, we could not get enough sleep or rest

The atmosphere is typical Sundanese friendly. The breakfast is quite great. Affordable price.

The room AC are somehow not able to set perfectly. Has a tendency to be too cold from the set temp.

Good location with nearby local indonesia food culinary and no bad traffic.

Less various of breakfast menus and limited quantity. However the breakfast price is relatively cheaper.

Location is great, value the money, very clean as they clean the room daily. I loved that they put healthy drink in the menu. The staff also very helpful and honest

check in was smooth, room was quite spacious and clean.

pillow.. and the energy saving lamp in the bathroom. Good intention but felt a bit uncomfortable to see it on and off so often. Especially when you're in the shower and suddenly the it went off.

The staff was very friendly, checkin and checkout was swift, room was big and clean, lota of channels on the TV, and location is very strategic

Bed and pillow not the most comfortable but that I think is a matter of preference. I like firm bed and pillows

there was no hot water in the shower in the evening, even after waiting for about 30 minutes. it was very uncomfortable, especially after a very long journey.
