Air conditioner is not good

The place is near the main Dago road and there are a lot of good places to eat and drink nearby, so for the location it’s really excellent.

Mostly the hygiene, the room smells a bit like mold :( the pillow case smells like someone’s hair oil and the bathroom, well, could be cleaner, the shower is not hot and the water pressure was so weak.

this hotel is very close to the ITB, the lobby is very beautiful and the staff very friendly. The high-value antiques at the hotel entrance give a nice impression.

Room service was never done: neither the trash nor the bed. There is no sheet provided, only an old blanket. The bathroom is dirty, the mirror filthy which barely allows you to see yourself in it. There are ants everywhere, especially in the bathroom, as well as spiders and a lizard that kept me company for ten days. The water temperature in the shower is barely lukewarm... The room smells bad and the smell of tobacco from the other rooms comes up through the ventilation in the bathroom. The wifi is very bad. Water is provided but you have to ask for it every day. No kettle or coffee in the room. No breakfast offered, only a few bags of tea or coffee which are payable at the entrance. Finally and most importantly: my room always remained locked during the few times I was away. Someone entered the room with the key and my Bose QC45 headphones (around $300) were stolen during my absence. What could be improved: - do not steal from customers during their absence - that cleaning is done every day with a toiletry kit and bottles of water provided every day - that the room is clean and smells good - that the bathroom is clean and insect-free inside - that WiFi works better - that sheets are provided with the bed - there is no toilet paper, even if requested - have hot water to shower

location is in good strategic place for family stay

place and facilities are not maintained accordingly, feels scary like a horrible place. there are no basic amenities provided.
