It located in strategic location. Spacious room, clean and easy to access.

The issues are: - Parking area is very small compared to number of rooms they had, which makes difficult to park in and out - Old squek elevator, uncomfortable to use

Generally ok. Quiet place, make me comfort to sleep and rest. Humble staff and clean environment around of hotel.

No cupboard in the room.

The bed was not very comfortable and the sink was broken (leaking). Also rather noisy in general.

The price is affordable and the location is very strategic, at the center of bandung. Not noisy.

The elevator is quite old and slow. They didnt clean our room eventhough we have put the cleaning tag in front of the door.

The accommodation was cheap, the room was OK and quite clean. For a short stay, it is OK.

The front desk or reception area was a bit confusing. The environment surrounding could be underwhelming for some people.

1. Only the room size. 2. Access to food stall/restaurant.

1. No hot water is available in the room for making coffee and preparing milk for our daughter. 2. No laundry service. 3. Room Service does not make up the room until requested.

Nothing at all

The property is nothing like the pictures. It's decay, dirty, and located in a dangerous place of the city. The wardrobe was broken, the drawers were so dirty you couldn't put anything inside. The plug was broken and, therefore, unsafe. The hotel bar was nothing like you can expect, and the lift is about to break down anytime soon. When I left, very early in the morning, there were 3 men sleeping in the reception, no way to give the key to anyone. Please do not book a room in this place. You'll regret it!!!
