The place was absolutely beautiful, and the staff on-site were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. However, the breakfast spread fell a bit short of my expectations—perhaps I was hoping for more variety. What really affected the overall experience, though, was the inconsistency of guest services over the phone. On several occasions, my calls went unanswered, and when they did go through, it was unclear whether my requests would be fulfilled. With better phone service, this could easily have been a 10/10 stay.

Everything, what an exceptional hotel is this. Thank you so much for the upgrade! It was super clean, we had everything and the staff was so nice to our little boy that was for me the most important of our whole experience, we said one time his name and the whole staff knew him. This is A+ service also the extra questions if we needed something or think how to make our stay more pleasant. The massage service in this hotel is excellent. Also the food is excellent even in the morning there is sate! This is the best hotel where we stayed in whole indonesia, It's the first time we didn't want to leave the place. Thank you so much for this experience that went above our imagination. Again thank you staff en gm's!

We (a school group from the USA) just stayed at the Pullman Bandung for three weeks. Everyone absolutely loved it and we can't recommend it highly enough! The rooms are lavish, and the Pullman's facilities are equally excellent—the spa, gym, pool, and amazing services to have on-hand in the middle of Bandung.The hotel's service was exceptional, and staff could be counted on at all hours of the day or night. The breakfast buffet is particularly good, with a ton of dishes to choose from or made custom in front of you. Moreover, the Sadrasa kitchen accommodated our many requests for specific (often complex) dishes—all of which were made to perfection. Geographically, the Pullman is ideally located in the middle of Bandung, so everything is a short drive away. All in all, we had an amazing stay and are sure you will too! We definitely will be back to the Hotel Pullman when we return to Bandung.

The gym was very well equipped for the type of exercise that I like to do. The breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic variety and everything we ate was delicious. Staff were always friendly and approachable.

The bed in my room was made of two singles rather than one queen bed, this made the middle of the bed a little awkward. I would have preferred one queen bed. Wallpaper in the rooms was looking a little old and stained. The rooms were still clean and well presented.

Position can be tricky if soccer games … ( they all gather around Gedung sate and hotel wasn’t accessible) small swimming pool ( but nicely handle) Long time when order lunch or dinner ( they kindly offered us dessert 2 times as we waited ling time to get our food)

Hotel is beautiful,and rooms are polished and new. One of the concierge staff (we forgot his name) was very helpful in renting last minute transport (2 cars) for our family due to unforeseen matters and making a reservation for lunch at a Padang restaurant nearby for our big family; very much appreciated.

The staff lady assisting us during check-in wasn't friendly. Other than that, great stay overall.

The location nears Gedung Sate is excellent. The breakfast is fantastic.

The temperature of the hot water for the shower is disappointing. By default, the wooden floor in the shower room is slippery after use. It is a wrong choice of material. It's dangerous for elderly. The mat at the exit/entrance of the shower is merely a folded towel. The service at the restaurant for the dinner was slow. The guests were not many. The staff is courteous and polite.

The room is spacious and clean, staffs are very nice and helpfull, and good breakfast too... Perfect for those who is staying to enjoy the hotel, asides from other interests in Bandung

The curtains are showing their age, with visible creases and folds letting in streaks of light from the window. It's time for a fresh set, even though they're still clean and functional.

staff are very friendly, i get a free upgrade for the second time.🙏🙏 everything is perfect from the breakfast, location, room, attention to the guest, definitely my first choice of stay. my daughter was sick and they bring us cake + good wishes.. thank you Pulman Bandung once again
