We booked the junior suite and it was the best decision. It was private and secluded in the corner. The room was very spacious and comfy, the interior was spot on and really supports the whole room atmosphere. We barely leave our room. We order food delivery as it is close to Canggu so you can still find various great food but you can avoid the crazy traffic at the same time. It is perfect. The whole area is just amazing and mesmerizing. The host also made sure we needed everything prior to our stay. Nice touch on the flowers too. Thank you!

It is not major but there are going to be a lot of mosquitoes, the room was prepped with mos-repellent tho. There was nobody at the reception when we arrived, but we walked inside and we met one of them who later checked us in. Also we messaged the number on the room to ask for the breakfast menu to which was replied 2 hours later where the last order was already long gone. But we didn't mind, they're probably understaffed or busy serving. Overall, still a great experience.

Resort was just fascinating, feels like you are middle of a jungle right in Canggu. This place is a secret gem. It is soo peaceful, you get to sleep with view of nature and sound of river flowing. Rooms were pretty large and very comfy. Staff is amazing they threat each customer with special care. I truly appreciate their efforts to make your time there flawless. Special thanks to manager of the resort for his kindness and closely taking care of each customer. I would highly recommend this place, especially for couples.

Use of whatsapp to communicate with staff is a good idea but sometimes they don't respond fast enough. Not a huge issue as we can always find someone around.

wow.... this place is absolutely beautiful!! the room and bathroom was absolutely huge. its in the perfect quiet location, just a moped ride from canggu. the pool and grounds were so chilled and welcoming. we loved it loads

Quiet and Clean

No hot water to take a shower, water is cold, which is not acceptable for tourists

The place is beautiful, not new, but really nice one

But beside it, it was the worst service, especially the manager I’ve met on Bali. So first I asked to serve breakfast next day 30 min later, at 10.30 if it’s possible. The staff said “sure, we will do it”. In the morning the manager wrote me that he doesn’t want to serve the breakfast and I have to pay extra. But I already paid on booking. I said “no breakfast than”, I lost money. But Ok. After that I asked to change the room, because they have a very loud construction next to hotel. Btw they could change only to more cheap room. But ok. So the manager told me I have wait on reception for 2-3 hours. I felt bad, maybe was a bit sick that day and I asked to go to the room. Btw the room was empty since last night. After that he started yelling at me (don’t know why), we started to making a video on his phone. To be honest I was really scared. I almost didn’t say anything and asked to cancel my booking because I was really scared about my health and life next to this person. I guess he has really mental health problem and hates all the guests there. So It’s really sad that such a beautiful place managing by the dangerous and unhealthy person, who is ruining everything
