Very spacious, clean and quiet room. The bed was very comfortable. I was sick when I arrived and I was able to recover fast in such relaxing environment. The staff is amazing, always available, ready to help and so kind.the breakfast as a very wide selection of food.

Poor cleaning standard of the tables at the Spice restaurant, lots of staff available during breakfast and during the other meals, but they don’t always clean tables or properly especially between guests. I raised my concerns about the tables hygiene to the duty manager, he was really kind and understanding, however the day after same lack in keep the tables cleaned. I am sorry to say this but from a 4 star hotels I expect more hygiene. The rest was perfect!

Great hotel. Nice pool with pool deck bar/restaurant. Wondaful views from the rooftop restaurant. The staff were very helpful in setting up a last minute trip to the Ijen crater. Large and comfortable room

A little far from town if you want to explore it. Cabs were easy to get, though, and like everywhere in Java, inexpensive. We came from the ferry, and tried to take a Grab car, but the "red zone" around the ferry meant that we had to walk a long way before getting to a spot where the driver could pick us up. If you come that way, best to bite the bullet and negotiate a fare with the taxi mafia at the port.

The hotel is in the main road but not too crowded. The view is nice. You can still enjoy the ocean and the mountain view even though is far. The room is big 😍 and I love the balcony. The staff are friendly, you can get information about Banyuwangi. The breakfast are ok, you can order meals via go food because there’s not much option in walking distance

The kids enjoy the pool and the activity corner. I love the big room the balcony view. And the friendly staff. The fast time when we check in and check out

This hotel is beyond expectation! It is perfectly located near Ketapang harbour..I stayed here for transit before continued our family-roadtrip to Bali. The first thing impressed me was the hotel lobby and hotel room interior, it is more beautiful than I’ve seen in pictures. I also appreciate the friendliness of the frontdesk team, and the pool team, you guys done a great job! The swimming pool has a very beautiful view, my kids had their great pool-time there. The bedroom is spacious, with a bed fits a family of 4 like me (I stayed with 2 kids under 9). So it’s worth the price and I’m happy.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great views, and the rooftop lounge/bar/restaurant is delightful. Views of Bali from the pool. Views of everywhere from the rooftop! Quality of the rooms are excellent. A short taxi ride to both Banyuwangi centre, and the port.

Illira is a modern hotel with comfortable rooms, nice views over the forest towards the volcano or the sea, and a good base to explore some of the attractions around the Banyuwangi area. Staff were helpful and it was overall a smooth experience. For early check in there is an extra charge, though they did allow us to leave our luggage securely at no extra cost after check-out.

We had a scooter that we rented right by the train station so getting around was easy, though otherwise it is a little outside the Banyuwangi city centre.

The breakfast, the rooms, the pool and the fitness. The breakfast was very nice and it had a lot of options. The staff was friendly too and we really enjoyed it, even though we had to leave for Ijen early (we could stay in beds, they were so comfy)

Great hotel with nice staff, clean and large rooms, beautiful pool, nice breakfast and so on! So absolutely a great value for money! A great touch was that the hotel doesnt provide plastic water bottles but you can fill up on cold water at a filtered water station. Shower was perfect and bathroom was clean and well maintained.

Very cool that there is a gym, only negative point is the non-functioning treadmill and the gym could be better equipped.

Perfect location and price for pick up for climbing the volcano great staff oh also breakfast awesome and 11th floor

We needed to sleep in the day for climb in evening and rooms noisy we should have asked for a quieter room but it's a hotel in the day

I have stayed in many hotels in Indonesia, this hotel is by far my most favourite hotel. We have stayed 3 nights and we love it here. The location is great, there is a nice pool and a gym available. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the staff is amazing and always friendly. My wife was sick and the staff brought her complimentary thee . Everyone is friendly and helpful all the time. I would love to come back to this hotel in the future. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
