we on our way back to jakarta from bali, we stay here for one night and visit Baluran Park

Very quiet location surrounded by sugarcane plantation and a very helpful staff. Lovely simple dinner at the canteen opposite the hotel. The lady was very accommodating to my husband’s requirement as he is allergic to MSG and she gave us some banana! Thank you, Ibu 🙏

The signage for the hotel location could be clearer and the room was dirty. This hotel needs a proper deep cleaning.

Its value for money

The location is so deep in the forest. Nobody might know the place without digital apps

Good location, nice personnel. We reached out to the reception desk after having discovered that our room was crawling with cockroaches and we were immediately offered another room where we saw no more cockroaches.

Our room was infested with cockroaches, in a span of one hour we killed like five of them and saw many more roaming around.

VERY DIRTY BATHROOM AND STAINS ON THE BEDSHEETS So gross, I didnt want to shower or even sit down on the toilet. Lime formations from the water of months, possibly years on every surface, green plaque on the rotten wood on the walls. The bedsheets had stains that looked like blood and saliva that hadnt been washed out properly. Yuk! Horrible! Would not stay there again, if it wasnt so close to the national park and one of the few options.

Matras sheet had a huge oily stain ln it. There wer ko bedsheets for the blanket. “Its always like that here” he said Bathroom shower head was broken. Shower was almost impossible to get hot.

extremely dirty room, dusty bed. messaged property many times prior to my stay to confirm few things they did not response my messages. Warm shower did not work at first, they fix it after we reported it but was too hot.
