Staffs from laundry services entering my room at 7am while me & family are still sleeping. Without my consent & permission they entered my room. Luckily i am a light sleeper & awake by their loud conversation among each other. My valuable things could be stolen. Report the issue to FoS- Widha on the same day . Hotel must have strict policy in place that require staffs to obtain written consent before entering guest rooms esp for 5star hotel.

The room we got was clean, beautiful and modern. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional - particularly the doormen! We were also very kindly offered a later check-out time without any extra charge.

The pool is very run down in real life. Soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. Do note that the neighborhood that the hotel is in is slightly dodgy but it was fine since we mostly cabbed around.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke English which is good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location wise, I guess nothing is too inconvenient in Batam as we can get anywhere with Gojek, I could get anywhere I wanted to in 15 mins.

They missed giving us a pair of connecting rooms that they have agreed. But I'm ok as hotel recognises that they have missed it and offered late check outs, which is good enough. I find the beer selection at bar too few, I hope there were more on tap. There were only Bintang and Heineken. More Bottled water can be provided as tap water isn't drinkable even after boiling.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! All the staff were very friendly. The highlight for us was definitely the exceptional service provided by Guest Relations Officer Ms Stephanie. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and truly made our stay feel special.. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I’ll definitely highly recommend..

Location is centralised. Staff service was excellent, they did their best to make us comfortable.

Mattress was a hard for us. There were some knocking noises from unknown sources in the middle of the night.

The Front counter staff were very friendly and helpful. They were attentive and took the initiative to check if we needed any help. Staff in the restaurants made the experience comfortable for my family. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We are really satisfied. Special shout-out to Billy and Angel for their help and attentiveness.

The gym - it would be good to have at least one bench to do free weights bench press. But it is a minor setback. It still is good enough to work out in other ways.

The service was excellent, particularly Ayu at the front desk who made sure everything we needed was done. She gave us recommendations for dinner that we thoroughly enjoyed too. Breakfast was also great with a rather wide spread of choices (from local food, or continental breakfast, to fresh fruit and omelet/egg station as well as waffle/pancake station).

The pool area where the lounge chairs were didn’t seem very well kept (there were many puddles of water).

The staff were lovely! They were so friendly and really put u at ease.. from the front receptionists to the waitresses at the restaurant and the live band during dinner. I really enjoyed myself. If I recall correctly their lovely staffs were Ayu, Kay and Natalia! Kudos to them for a great job! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 oh.. and the breakfast set was enjoyable and BBQ dinner was lovely.

I'm all ok.. I have no complains!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a welcome drink set up for the guests. A welcome gift was left in the room upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean. The spread of breakfast food was okay. The dinner buffet was good and there was a live entertainment. Love that.

The pillows were quite thin causing my head to sink in when I lay down. There was a stain on my bedsheet upon arrival. It was not cleaned. The view from my room was not scenic, which was unavoidable as the hotel was right beside some unoccupied and dilapidated buildings.

Breakfast spread was good and they even changed the menu on my second morning here. They also had an indomie station, love that there were different flavours to choose from. The staff were very accommodating, they received my lapis delivery and helped to keep it while I was out. I placed a do not disturb sign when I left the room for the day, but the staff was so kind to text me to confirm if any housekeeping was needed. They were truly attentive.
