The landscape and the views. The restaurant staff/chef were very nice and accommodative of our vegetarian food requests

We were two senior citizen couples and they gave us rooms in a building that can only be reached by two elevators and one very steep inclinator. The approach to the building was very dark making it dangerous to old people like us. The front desk manager was so insensitive, not helpful and very unprofessional with our genuine request to give us rooms in the main building or at least shift us next day.

Friendly staff, great location, and a stunning view of the mountains — it’s right in the heart of nature. If you’re looking to relax, this is definitely the place for you. The hotel surprised us with a little welcome treat when we arrived, which was so lovely — thank you again! Unfortunately, the pool was out of service during our stay, but the lovely person at the reception kindly offered us a discount and spa access instead. Breakfast includes both Western and Balinese options, and the restaurant also has a breathtaking view. The spa is an open-air space and was an amazing experience for us — definitely something you shouldn’t miss. We will absolutely come back!

Amazing views of the mountains and cool activities nearby. Area nuch calmer than Ubud. The hotel was really striking in architecture and landscaping, with beautiful gardens. The room was very comfy and clean, with a nice bathtub and shower room. Food at the main restaurant super nice and varied. Great cheap massages in a beautiful outdoor or indoor location.

Kids club offering sounds nice but is disappointing in practice, with a small room to play and no engaging staff that plays with the kids. Also limited to very specific hours. Elevator often broken. They offered a laundrette room, but the machines didn't work properly, which was a waste of our time and we had to travel to our next destination carrying wet clothes.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got an upgrade to the suite room, the view from its balcony is breathtaking. The hotel is huge and very beautiful. Highly recommend.

The view from the restaurant and the lobby is beautiful. Hotel staff are well behaved. Breakfast was good. My booking was in a Mountain View room but the room allocated to me was not any Mountain View. The sliding door in the room was defective. WiFi signal was very weak. The balcony’s chair was not clean .There was no hand towel. When asked for the hand towel the hotel staff told me that they have only bath towel. While check out got wrong food bill . In the room the fruit basket provided was okay for one person. When the room is for double occupancy it will be nice if keep at least 2 numbers such small size fruit instead of only one .

The area is stunning! The hotel is big and very natural: we saw different birds, insects, reptiles, and even fireflies. Also, the variety of plans is impressive: in the evenings we enjoyed the smell of some flowers blooming. Cicadas were amazing! The service of the staff was very friendly and efficient. We loved the incliner! Even the fact that it was quite slow was a relaxing addition to the whole atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and a good variety for us, however, we went to the place across from the hotel as well: cheaper and really good also:)

The room we stayed in was quite worn out, especially the bathroom. The common areas are missing proper cleaning and some maintenance refreshments: for example, a new layer of paint on some elements of buildings, cleaner corners of corridors and stairs. More lights on the pathways would be great for evening walkers like us:) Breakfast could be improved by a wider variety of fruits and hot meals. Free activities could be more amusing and professional: garden tours could be more passionate with additional information, and painting for kids could be more inspiring. At times, the internet in the room was not strong enough for online meetings we had for work.

Room quite big with 2 queen bed. Comfortable bed. Great location not too far from canggu but can feel different cold air of bedugul. Amazing mountain view. Love it equipped with airconditioning. Full amenities. Breakfast included.

The bath towels provided should be upgraded to new towels and maybe can add a few smaller hand towel and head towels. Also the shower head bit moldy but the shower water is hot and very strong which is a plus point for me. I would suggest doing more detailed cleaning in the room especially the head lamp beside the bed. Looks very dusty.

This hotel is perfect for families! They have so much to offer, including mini soccer, a swimming pool, a gym, yoga sessions, and various activities for the whole family to enjoy together. The breakfast is fabulous, with plenty of delicious options to start the day right. There’s also ample parking space, which is so convenient. The staff are absolutely lovely, always welcoming and attentive. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, with balconies that provide stunning views of the surroundings. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it for family holidays!

The location - at around 800 meters above sea level, the temperature was just right without being too cold or too hot. The view from the hotel (only if you are allocated high floors) is beautiful. The landscaping around the hotel is well maintained. Buffet breakfast is decent.

This being part of the Banyan Tree group, would have expected the hotel to provide hand towels. The bathroom could probably need some more additional cleaning in the shower area. The ala carte selections in the hotel's restaurant is rather limited and pricey.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and food at the restaurants was delicious. Despite being near a busy road, the resort is quiet and you barely hear street noises. The sounds of nature in the evening are very calming.

Maintenance and cleaning are below standard. Some plates that guests had left in a hallway were left there for over 24 hours. The AC in the gym is dripping water. It seems that the managers are not taking the necessary action even though staff are aware of issues.
