This is genuinely the best hotel in cikarang

The breakfast is very basic and is 100k rupiah. Basically 100k for toast and fruit. I don't mind paying more and you give me something that will actually make me feel full.

The hotel looks really modern, it's very clean, and the it has a great laundry service.

Rooftop bar has short working hours.

Everything is good except smell of smoking, in spite of non-smoking rule. Indonesian are really uncontrollable, they don't have any common sense of smoking/non-smoking.

this is my second time visiting this hotel, love the bed, quietness, the location, and the hospitality

the first visit was incredible but the second visit there's a problem with checking in and booking.com, and that resulting in the room being a little bit not ready. if you want non-smoking room or anything regarding the room you better write again in notes.

Staff was friendly, facility was enough. Some small street food court and mini market across the building.

Take long to respond in booking.com about check in request. Also, the bathroom was not clean. There's wet tissue already on the sink and tooth paste residue. And NEED to give 2 ACCESS CARDS. We cannot stay inside a dark room when the card is brought outside by other guess if the going outside.

Only the location for business and the staff are friendly (80% of the time).

The location is great for business travel, the entrance is nice. But there are a lot of issues, simple hotel issues that should be sorted : - No soap in the room bathrooms - new bed sheets have stains on them - The kettles have water remaining from the previous persons stay - the bar does not sell whisky in glasses, you have to buy the whole bottle (first time in my life Ive seen that).
