Like the location as it is very near to Botani Mall

Very upset with the broken link between Booking.com and Fave Hotel Information. I booked the room for my friends and they are sharing the room, so the room was booked with 2 single bed or twin bed, but the hotel said no information was transferred to their Hotel System. As the hotel has accepted one large group booking, there is no other twin bedroom available. This has making me and my friends upset with both Booking.com and the Fave Hotel. As we insits, only then the next day we managed to get the room we request. But overall, this is very bad and why I need to call the hotel to confirmed my request. It is ridiculous, might as well I booked directly with hotel if Booking.com cannot managed the request.

Very kind and hard working staff. The location is next to botani square mall and the bus station. Plenty of places to eat nearby if you care to adventure with local street food, if not botani has everything you need! Great idea of the purified water filling stations in the hallways, which is much better than other hotels giving 2 bottles. Good way to reduce plastic usage and continue making Bogor a better green city!

Would have been nice to have USB charging ports for phones and laptops for business travelers in the rooms.

the room is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, the price is reasonable

the floor of the shower is slippery, perhaps to change the ceramic, the breakfast are good and variety but sometimes taste very salty. The elevators don’t have security system to avoid unwanted guests (criminals) enter the elevators, I suggest, it is best if you enter the elevators, the guest should put the card (key room) on a security system in the elevator to be able to go upstairs

location is great. central, near to the Bogor Botanical Garden. All staff is super friendly.

this time, my room didn't have the hand soap. The staff forgot to refill the bottle. No daly clean up (at least i expected they will come and empty the trash bins)

it was so nice beautiful and luxury hotel staff also was good and breakfast🍳☕🍞 so good too I again come back.

Fantastic response time by the staff to all my requests. Even my unconventional request for a charging cable 😅

the room lighting is too low, not bright enough to read or work inside the room

+ helpful staff + accessible from jkt-bogor toll + near street food stalls, convenient store, even mall (Botani Mall)

Breakfast menu could be better but the location is great. it is close to the main area of Bogor.
