The staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. The direct connection to the mall is also good, though there are now much better shopping mall in Bogor. It's proximity to the botanical garden and town centre is also a plus point.

The provided breakfast is very nice, but we had it better in our previous stay at this hotel a few years ago. Now some of the audience ruins the experience by making a lot of noise while others want to enjoy their quiet breakfast. Please bear in mind, this is outside the staff control, but the hotel management can do better by urging their customers to be more considerate to others. The interior of the room also needs revamping. The room is spacious, but they can appear aging and tired, especially the bathroom. There are only 2 lifts, and their capacity is too limited. being only a maximum of 600Kg Max. A few times the "too heavy" alarm went off, leaving some people embarrassed.

Breakfast was good. All the items I like were there such as fresh fruit, toasted bread, eggs sunny side up, thee without sugar etc. . Room is spacious with good chair and desk and couch. Extra service: The reception helped me to find out whether there was still a bus ticket to be found from Bogor to Jakarta as internet said they were all sold out. I appreciate that there are many sockets to charge your gear. Great shower with enough and warm water. Floor is not carper but wood or something similar which gives very clean impression. Good safe to put valuables in. Curtains close properly so that room is dark at night

I missed a light on the desk so that working in the evening would be easier. Pillows are all rather thick. Could perhaps provide a variety of thickness. I did not ask for any of those items (light or thinner pillow) as I had no time to work in the evening and managed with thick pillow.

We enjoyed our stay at Santika. It is our favorite hotel in Bogor. The hotel is located next to a large mall with a food-court at the top floor with plenty restaurants / places to eat. The botanical gardens are within walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast which is great with a broad selection of Asian and European food. The pool is nice. Rooms are comfortable, good beds and AC is working well.

Waiting time and capacity of the elevator's specially during breakfast hours. They are a bit small with limited capacity for hotel of this category.

the spa is great as well as the pool, the breakfast offers a wide variety of food, there is a shopping mall and quite some restaurants next to the hotel, for rooms in the highest floor there is a free dinner snack with delicious treats served, windows are completely sound-proof and keep all street and other noise outside, the AC works fine

the breakfast is mainly Indonesian, which is certainly not bad - but Western travelers might not be used to that, sometimes the breakfast room can be almost completely full if you have bad luck so that is was occasionally difficult to find a table - nothing dramatic, but a little surprising for such a big hotel

Just the main line on the phone in room said international calls dial this number.but when try it doesnt ,was told by staff that it doesnt work any more,they need to take that off the speed dial in room,and i couldnt get help as to how to call home to australia ,as i didnt have the indonesia sim card,no one could tell me where to get one or how to call over seas,if it had been a emergency then that would be a very big problem here at the hotel for litigation reasons.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast spreads, great locations to shop and find local foodies. Helpful and friendly staffs.

The room is not brightly lit.. I'm not complaining much but as you age like a fine wine, we need more light to see around..😆 , the tv/remote intermittently off and on ..yes we call for hotel help, it was done, but the next day the tv couldn't be on back 😅.

The hotel attached to the mall and near to botanical garden , kfc and bus station which is convenient from the airport cgk with Damri bus.

The bed near to shower so you can hear loud sound how the shower ran. The reception act little bit cold ,not friendly! You have to start the conversation first instead the other way around!!!! Maybe just Indonesian management style!

We enjoy our stay in the suite room very spacious and clean. Breakfast was superb with a lot of varieties. Location 👍🏻👍🏻 Staff all are excellent 👍🏻

Very quick check in and didn't need to wait the room (this is always my concern because I often wait for the room ready for quiet long after check in on time) Room was very spacious for standard room and furniture and interior amenities placement is in well mannered.

we love the location in the central part of Bogor, and easily accessed from some city icons. Its attachment to a big mall makes it easy to get some food, groceries and everything. The staff is nice and helpful.
