Good location, facility and food.

If the lobby does not take a daily credit from your credit card (which is almost 500.000 rp for one day) , the restaurans or cafes in the hotel will try to have you paid at the location. So telling room number to be billed will not enough. Actually it is annoying even not first time staying in that hotel.

Without a doubt it was my best stay in my whole life We booked 3 bedroom villa and after tow days they upgraded us to presidential villa which it was just a Gem 3 large rooms with a luxury furniture including outdoor cinema and la Large heated pool with a separate kids pool Including 3 smart TV and speakers , caroke and even Playstation 5 The resort is very very massive that you nedd a days to explore it There amazing activity club The breakfast is massive with all variation of foods Have tow restaurants and their room dining is very delicious and not pricy We tried in villa barbecue with it was amazing experience just front the pool Absolutly will come back

Location, Service by Villa Team, Housekeeping respond and bell desk response was very welcoming

Service request was VERY POOR thru “OPERATOR SERVICE” that is very UNFRIENDLY and arrogant attitude mostly all of them. Calling the service line thru IN HOUSE OPERATOR is often very difficult to get thru and no answer. Luckily we have direct WhatsApp service from the Villa team that gives much better responses

A Beautiful resort away from the city , staff were very friendly and very helpful . Prepared to go the extra mile to accommodate your needs . There are Plenty of activities not just for kids but adults too including mini golf and archery , You won’t need to leave the hotel . Pools are clean and well maintained Buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious and they make really good coffee . We booked a king room garden access , the room had beautiful views of lush greenery , which had a very serene feel . Room was spacious , comfortable with lots of movie Chanel’s and the room also has a coffee machine . The only minor negative is mini bar fridge’s are not stocked . The hotel also has a spa and wellness centre which is not over priced . We booked in for a massage at the hotels spa and we were not disappointed.. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet getaway .

The location is perfect, reachable from toll to toll, easy! Plenty of facilities for the kids, packed of schedule on the weekends, they even put dozens of colorful plastic balls onto the kids pool (what a dream for the kids!). We got free upgrade to executive room so we got the bath tub in our room (thank you pullman!). Having deluxe room with pool access at Egon building is such a perfect picture of holiday when you got kids who love to be in the water all day. This room is literally 2 steps away from the breakfast room and pool! You couldn’t ask for a better view and convenience but this!

I love the location, no need to get stuck in traffic. Everything is there, exactly what we need from this resort. The staff are friendly, especially the front officers Tegar and Amalia, because they upgraded our room, thank you. The kids are happy, the restaurant is good because we only eat inside the resort beside Amanaia restaurant which is close to the property. Too lazy to go out to the main road. We rode the Andong. There is a deer park and peacock aviary enclosure and the kids loved it too! The room is clean. This is our second time here and will definitely come back for another short break.

The main pool was too crowded.

There are a lot of activities for kids especially for weekend, some of them are free and the rest we have to pay with reasonable price. We were doing trekking in the paddy field and bee farm, also we were feeding fish & turtles. There are also several activities in the mini zoo near swimming pool, we can playing with snake (don't worry they have a reptile keeper and mini zoo keeper).

As the resort was big enough, Maybe you can consider to give more comfortable access for disabilities and senior citizen that most of them having hard time in my opinion to reach their room especially non villa room.

super comfy king bed, clean, breakfast options were delicious, amenities (pool, kids club, feeding farm animals) for toddler were great, room service were great, huge complex with running tracks, mini red bus to go around (limited stops)

next to a mosque, we had to woke up around 4-5am to deal with the prayer call (not trying to offend anyone but if you were someone that need space and quietness in a hotel, this might not be the best option for you). We stayed around complex 7 so not sure with the other complex. Not exactly located near Puncak, still near Bogor. I wished they would locate this more near puncak for better cooler weather and access to more restaurants. the shower room needs a bath rubber by default as it was so slippery especially for toddler and old people. I had to ask for one.

Overall it was a pleasant short-stay experience at Pullman Vimala. The hotel is excellent in terms of room design, facilities and location. The staffs were very friendly and very attentive. I was given a complimentary by the Guest Relation Staff although I wasn't expecting anything from them for my minor feedback about my room. On the last day my wife wasn't feeling well and again they provided us with "exceptional service" considering the condition of my wife. So thumbs up for Pullman Vimala team!

This is the only feedback that draw me back to give full mark 10/10. During the last morning of my stay (Sunday morning), and since my suite room is located in front of the pool area, we got a very loud noise from the pool area (literally loud sound of music coming from the pool which we didn't know what's the intention of playing the loud music around 7-8AM) which mostly some people were still enjoying their sleep :/. As my wife condition was feeling well since the night before and we had lack of sleep, so having that kind of situation wasn't a pleasant condition. I hope this feedback can be taken by the team so people/guest may have more perfect stay condition there.
