I really liked the stay, especially the staff they are so friendly

Its an old building, i got an apartment so have to climb stairs to the bed room, that was little hard after a mount batur hiking 😂 i was crawling. And there is no lift

Very beautiful hotel and plenty of places to chill out. The rooms are massive! And for the price you pay it's well worth it. Very close to the airport and would definitely stay here again. A few different choices for breakfast also.

Had a minor problem in my first room with the electricity, but they moved me immediately with no problems.

Breakfast was ok -- not much choice. Location had good points and bad. Good was that the area was quiet, away from the two very busy and noisy main streets. The outside common area near the pool is very attractive.

There were no proper restaurants in the neighborhood, and also no grocery stores -- just convenience stores. The room itself is awkward in that the bed is up a narrow staircase with no banister while the bathroom is downstairs.

it is a nice hotel with good facilities, a large room area, strategic location, near to many shops, and good access to tourism destination

I think the hotel needs to increase its focus on cleanliness, especially below the bed

I got two floors with spacious hall and bath rooms, the location wasn't good enough, but the space and features you are getting for that price is rare.

Wall paints were worn out, those who have allergies please be aware, i kept sneezing for a while

Really nice room, bed was so comfy. Pool area is nice to relax and chill out. Staff are so friendly and helpful carried our bags to the room. Location was okay, if you have your own bike it’s good, you can also grab anywhere and we even got food delivered easily. Great for a stay close to the airport.

The swimming pool is amazing. Our room was very clean. Big bed. Very good breakfast. The staff was lovely & very helpful with everything. We recommended this hotel 100% Thank you so much.

We had a bath instead for the shower so it wasn’t very practical.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by a very helpfull staff. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a little bit old but fine for me. The beds are comfortable and breakfast was nice. Swimming pool very clean aswell! Definitely would come back here

I arrived late at night; the location was somewhat hard to find. Once there, I was greeted by the kindest staff, and they let me just go to my room and pay in the morning. I just stayed at the hotel until the rest of my group arrived the next day.

The hotel is ideal, cozy, quiet, the apartment has everything you need to spend a few happy days, without a doubt the best thing about the stay was the staff, attentive, always with a smile and very helpful, if we had more time we would return here!
