The hotel was very comfortable. Good bed, excellent air conditioning and very friendly and helpful staff. The gardens were lovely and well kept. It caters more for local groups,i think, so there were times it got quite crowded, especially at breakfast. Although slightly older, the facilities were kept spotless and any issues were dealt with promptly. My only concern was that, because of it's placement, my room was quite dark during the day. That usually wouldn't matter but I was getting dental treatment and needed to spend quite a bit of time in my room.

Everything, very good hotel for budget stay, i didnt expect it to be like this. Everything is awesome

1- the room with balconies not allowed to smoke in balcony 2- should have chair and table on balcony 3- i didnt like that the housekeeping supervisor goes to the client room after check out to check it, because i believe that the housekeepers wont take any tip, i left a tip then waited him to finish checking, then he waited me to leave and went back to the room, i hope he didnt take the housekeepers tips

This is a large and busy hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of fresh and tasty choices. The room was comfortable but sadly had a very dull view - a large flat roof covered with moss and debris. The swimming pool was in high demand and next to the restaurant so everyone could enjoy the atmosphere. In the evening the bar and restaurant were quieter than expected. There is a thriving Pizza Hut close by, and shops a little walk away. However the close surrounds don’t have many cafes or restaurants.

1. The room size was good for us, not too big nor too small. 2. Clean room. Housekeeping was top notch in preparing our rooms every day! 3. Room facilities are top notch as well, even though it does not have a freezer. 4. Comfortable beds and pillow. 5. Loads of TV channels to watch.

1. Room service (Food) do not have a 24 hour service, but it is okay. Plenty of food can be ordered via online apps. 2. Food selection was basic. Hopefully can come out with maybe more than 3 local cuisine. 3. Prefer to have 2 pillows each for extra comfort, but that is okay as well.

Room is spacious and there’s bathroom amenities. staff are friendly. Location is good and price is okay. Plenty of car parking available onsite for free.

Housekeeping staff needs to be trained properly. I was given old brown stained pillows. When i asked for it to be exchanged, he simply put the same old brown stained pillows into another pillow case. Bedsheets are not cleaned properly, full of stains. Hair dryer does not work. Water flow in shower is not great.

This hotel is really clean and like our second home when we back go bali the staff really helpings much there nice abd with sweet smiling 😃 Food is yummy we ready know some viuw name of the staff there like Mr Agung .Mr Kadek Mr surya Marin wahyu and best security Guna event full parking he always give changes to park our car 🚗 Big pleasure from us, Fong Family. The room is super comfortable, cozy, and has everything you need to feel at home. I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who are incredibly friendly and polite. A special mention to my friend IGUSTI BAGUS, an excellent professional. I highly recommend this place to travelers looking for a great stay at a fair price.

I knew the Hotel was away from the tourist Kayos of Kuta It was very quiet I didn’t expect a lot,but it exceeded our expectations 100%, There were some things We had to solve, but the Hotel covered every worry we had, I.e. early eating for Ramadan, 4 - 5 am there were many Muslim guests there, We felt very comfortable, the bed was the best, don’t ever remember falling asleep at night? We are staying there again on our return journey in a month! Looking forward to it !

Location was far away from things , but we got to where we needed with Grab

The rooms are clean, good hot shower, comfy bed and pillows, and the staffs are great too!

Breakfast buffet was ok, quite a variety of local dishes and western dishes. The only setback is that, they serve chicken and beef sausage together in one bowl. Being a hindu, we don't eat beef and I've took it to my table and only realised both has different colors. Perhaps to serve it seperately. Hair dryers cuts off too fast

If you need a western style hotel this is the right place. The staff is great, the room is a western style very comfortable one. They gave us an extra bed for our son and the room was still very big. We didn't swim in the pool but it was good looking. Delicious both western and Indonesian breakfast. I did the laundry and it was very easy with the help of the staff.

Unfortunately the location is not good if you like to walk to explore the area. I would prefer a more Indonesian vibe.
