Staff friendly...fast respond assisting request
Bed sheet with stained and mattrass little bit smelly...other than that was ok.

To be honest..just a good AC in the room
A lot! Dirty bathroom,shower not working well,stuck drainage,dirty floor,stain bed sheet and pillow case,and the worst was the bath towel has a lot of dirty stain and holes,it wasn't a bath towel,a bath mat that i have at home is even way better!!ashamed that booking.com still promote this property,its filthy everywhere in every floor,room smell of cigarettes,no windows for air circulation,garbage in the corner of every floor,swimming pool dirty,its just disgusting,i prefer pay 200K more to have all better and cleaner room!

Cheap
Dirty and smelled bad. Bathroom was not clean and there were stains on the bedsheets. Did not feel particularly safe either.
