We appreciated the property for its overall atmosphere and tranquility. The environment felt welcoming and peaceful, making it an ideal place to relax. The quietness allowed for a sense of privacy and a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, which we found particularly appealing. Overall, it created a calming setting that made us feel at ease.

The interior decor had a simple charm, though it felt a bit understated. Our two-bedroom space, particularly the master bedroom, was a little snug, making it a bit tricky to navigate the narrow gap between the bed and the wall. Additionally, the lighting in the shower room could use a little boost, as it was quite dim.

I like that the hotel supports sustainability. As a person who agrees with UN upcoming trends to 2030 programme and its plans i feel we all should do our part in the world movement to sustain our earth.

Tv is outdated. I feel smart tvs are better option and the channels are mostly news. Not that i do not like use. I love them especially financial and business news but i cant be watching news the whole day right. Maybe smart tv has options to use netflix or trendy apps like crunchroll oand parental controls acct for kids. That will benefit idle times during the hotel . Maybe having access toapplications like youtube would be great to play some classical background music while i have dinner that will be soothing. Or even cooking i have some entertainment music.

Great facilities and having self-service laundry was a plus. Nice views of the skyline from the room and fairly good location to Lotte Mall. Housekeeping kept everything clean.

Multiple staff members were not helpful/friendly when asked about laundry services. There were some ant problems. Even though they came and sprayed the kitchen, there were multiple areas that had ant issues even after they sprayed. The chemical they used for the spray was very strong so I asked them to not continue spraying during my stay, especially since it didn't seem to work.

Location was great, staff members amazingly kind and supportive, very nicely equipped with good touch on details, sense of importance and dedication on sustainable way of running the business. It was very nice, clean and neat. I want also to highlight how beautifully service minded people are working there. Thank you Billy and many more people whose name I did not catch! You made our stay memorable and enjoyable with your care and support.

Neighbours :))) Well, things happen. But even with a case of really loud neighbours, our staff members dealt with the situation fast with delicacy, respecting us and the neighbours and solved the issue with ease. I guess our neighbours were just not aware. If anything, this case shows high effectiveness and service mindset of the staff and I would not consider it as bad thing. We will come again exactly to this hotel when we visit again.

The quality of the interior is comforting and premium, from the bathroom to the windows installed, it provide an experience of high end casual apartments. The apartment is located strategically, an average of 20.000 - 30.000k GrabCar ride to Jakarta's popular malls in SCBD and 50.000-70.000k for places like PIK. We were provided with complimentary baby bed which our daughter loved and the laundry facility in the room is just more than perfect for travellers with kids or those staying more than 4 days. Another thing we love is the air filters, it's noticeably fresh and clean and even the water from the bathroom are very well filtered. The kitchen are complete with all the important utensils, there's a water dispenser and even a scrub to clean your dishes! insane. Last thing we loved was just how serene and peaceful it is, the high quality windows shuts off any sound and noise from the exterior which was necessary after a long day travelling.

To pick the negatives is certainly cherry-picking, however, while location is strategic, there's not really much walkable destination nearby, since its an office area so you would have to use online transport for better experience. I also thought the gym is underwhelming, there was an equipment broken while i stayed there. We also thought the breakfast is too expensive for the quality (decided not to get it), 150k breakfast should have been something inhouse not provided by a restaurant with non-citadines guest. Last thing that was slightly discomforting was the the corridors to the rooms which aren't air conditioned, it's noticeable because that's perhaps the only area in the property where you lost comfort.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, great for colleagues on a business trip. Plenty of space with large spacious rooms, good amenities in the apartment if you need to cook and a lovely lounge area for hanging out. The view was great too!

It was confusing for grab drivers to find us, the location is hidden around a corner which means you often have to walk down the road to find them. But somehow grab delivery still makes it to reception!

Good as before. Citadines was my preferred accomodation provider in my earlier years of work travel requirements. Consistent quality as before, if not better. Back to Citadines after a long while, pleasing experience as ever.

breakfast spread could be better though, in terms of variety and adequacy. Could see the other guests seem to be 'scrambling' for food during breakfast and I thought Citadines could have a better variety for the IDR 144k price tag. Comparatively, Harris Suites which is under the same Group seem to offer better variety for their breakfast buffet.

This is a hotel of choice when I visit Jakarta either for business or personal purpose. The room has sufficient facility and does offer comfortable stay. It's easy to get taxi (there's a Bluebird stand) but when I order grab or grab food, it seems the entrance confuses many drivers. The location is about 10-15 mins, depending on one's pace, to/from MRT station and big shopping mall (Lotte). The hotel claims it has a shuttle to MRT (but this information is not given upon check-in).

The room was comfortable enough. Love the balcony! The gym is big enough and well equipped. Great to have an in-house spa within the building.

1. Would be good if the room could come with a proper desk for work. Using a tiny coffee table and a sofa as workstation is not comfortable. 2. Positions of the bathroom door (when fully opened) and the bathroom basin are awkward. No room on the right when we are using the basin. Right arm is hindered by the door. Can't fully utilise the basin properly.

Location in the city centre even though it's not the main road. The room was as expected as in the photo. 24 hour free coffee service. A delicious welcome drink and more than just that. Kitchen with complete equipment, nice and comfortable. Daily housekeeping. Convenient car parking.

Friendliness of the staff a little lacking. We just go around being ignored. When we took the welcome drink, the staff at the restaurant didn't let us sit like guests. Parking is not practical, every day have to ask the receptionist for a free parking card.
