I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making me feel truly welcome. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that were well-prepared and flavorful. What I loved most was the location – right in the heart of Jakarta, with malls and restaurants just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta!

The only downside for me was the lack of a Muslim shower in the bathroom

The best price for a decent stay near the Mega Kuningan area was the main reason I chose this place. The staff were nice and polite to guests. I got free laundry for 4 pieces of clothes because I stayed more than 2 nights. Breakfast selections were delectable for Indonesian foodies.

Room's built quality is not enough to filter the city's noises, especially noises from the highway. The room's entrance door has no manual lock from inside. The hotel's pool opening time only up to 18:00.

We stayed at Avissa Suites for three nights with our family, and our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, which made us feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern, providing all the comfort we needed for a pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool, which was always very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay: it was not only excellent but also very diverse, catering to the tastes of the whole family. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On the day of our departure, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for an additional five hours, allowing us to fully enjoy our last day without any worries. A big thank you to the staff for their kindness and professionalism. We highly recommend Avissa Suites for an unforgettable family stay.

The Hotel is located close to the center of Jakarta. The Pool is way better than on the photos from booking. Breakfast was amazing. The staff is great as well. The breakfast area is not too big which makes it very comfortable. The rooftop area has a stunning view. Just take a look at some of the pictures we took :) A good place to escape the chaos for your first time in Jakarta!

For some reason the pool closes at 7 pm. But there is no one there to check that. So you might as well go for a dip in between the stunning skyline of Jakarta ;)

We stayed here for 11 nights and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent, including high-speed internet and free laundry.

The breakfast menu was repetitive. While the food was tasty, guests staying for an extended period like our 11-night stay would appreciate more variety beyond just porridge, cereal, and fried rice.

The restaurant's veranda was a nice addition, offering a pleasant space to dine. The breakfast variety was adequate, meeting the standard expectations. The staff were consistently reliable and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The gym's equipment is quite old and very limited. Upgrading to newer equipment could enhance the guest experience and serve as a strong selling point for the hotel in future promotions.

There is a large mall near the hotel,so it'sbest for shopping. All employees are friendly and do their best for customers. It is a hotel that i want to come again next time.

The water leaked from the bathroom shower, but it was not a big problem because hot water was always suppied.

Location is great, right in-front of a few cafes, roadside stalls, shop outlets and Circle K! There is also a laundry nearby and opposite of Lotte Mall Kuningan that is just 8mins walk. You can easily walk to RDTX Tower and RDTX Square hence a great location if you have meetings in this area. Buffet breakfast menu changes everyday, and I stayed for 5 days.

Hotel amenities is a bit rundown in terms of toilets and furniture. TV is not smart TV but there is a lot of channels.

Clean and comfortable room with a nice view of the city. Morning buffet had plenty of options for different pallets. Thick windows made the room nice and quiet day and night. Staff were lovely and helped me several times.

Room wasn’t as new looking as it was in the photo. Chipped wall paint and door was hard to close from the swelling of the wood, but fine otherwise.

Breakfast is fresh and decent. The kitchen staff work hard to change their menu everyday. Good city view & fair price. 5min walk to Lotte Mall and 10min to Kuningan City etc. The chicken noodles (mie ayam) place right across the hotel is shockingly delicious, one of the best I've ever had in this country.

In a rare situation you might get a room where multiple A/C machines are outside your window, and it could be noisy at night. But this got improved after I talked to the staff. The design of the bathroom is old-schooled, but it's clean.
