Spend a week here while checking out South Jakarta, fairly good option. Convenient room with a table and a chair, bathroom was clean, and the AC works like a charm. Breakfast was ok, the menu changes a bit day by day. Some days it was to my liking, others not so much. Was great to have self-service laundry available free of charge as I prefer to wash certain clothes pieces with my own powder.

Isn't really a negative thing, just an observation: consider having water dispensers on each floor and providing a jug in each room to refill as changing those 0.5l water bottles does generate quite a bit of additional garbage.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making me feel truly welcome. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that were well-prepared and flavorful. What I loved most was the location – right in the heart of Jakarta, with malls and restaurants just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta!

The only downside for me was the lack of a Muslim shower in the bathroom

- Weekend breakfast was good, indonesian menu but still a good variety - Hairdryer and iron were provided, by calling front desk -. Wifi is good in the room but not for video call, I guess

- Weekday breakfast was still good (in taste) but little bit dissapointing, protein menu were only chicken & egg and only 2 kind of fruits. - Some food stain on the duvet, tiny spot. Some stain on the desk chair because of the material - Lack of Tv channel and tv speaker sometimes is delayed

Great location: Few minutes walk to Lotte Mall and main road access. Hotel has a car bay so easy for pickup and dropoff. Convenience store and laundry opposite hotel. Service: Staff were friendly and always available. Room was clean and housekeeping was prompt. Room didn’t have iron or hairdryer but was able to ask for one from reception. Breakfast served warm local cuisine and continental options.

The equipment in the fitness centre was broken.

The best price for a decent stay near the Mega Kuningan area was the main reason I chose this place. The staff were nice and polite to guests. I got free laundry for 4 pieces of clothes because I stayed more than 2 nights. Breakfast selections were delectable for Indonesian foodies.

Room's built quality is not enough to filter the city's noises, especially noises from the highway. The room's entrance door has no manual lock from inside. The hotel's pool opening time only up to 18:00.

We stayed at Avissa Suites for three nights with our family, and our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, which made us feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern, providing all the comfort we needed for a pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool, which was always very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay: it was not only excellent but also very diverse, catering to the tastes of the whole family. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On the day of our departure, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for an additional five hours, allowing us to fully enjoy our last day without any worries. A big thank you to the staff for their kindness and professionalism. We highly recommend Avissa Suites for an unforgettable family stay.

The Hotel is located close to the center of Jakarta. The Pool is way better than on the photos from booking. Breakfast was amazing. The staff is great as well. The breakfast area is not too big which makes it very comfortable. The rooftop area has a stunning view. Just take a look at some of the pictures we took :) A good place to escape the chaos for your first time in Jakarta!

For some reason the pool closes at 7 pm. But there is no one there to check that. So you might as well go for a dip in between the stunning skyline of Jakarta ;)

We stayed here for 11 nights and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent, including high-speed internet and free laundry.

The breakfast menu was repetitive. While the food was tasty, guests staying for an extended period like our 11-night stay would appreciate more variety beyond just porridge, cereal, and fried rice.

The restaurant's veranda was a nice addition, offering a pleasant space to dine. The breakfast variety was adequate, meeting the standard expectations. The staff were consistently reliable and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The gym's equipment is quite old and very limited. Upgrading to newer equipment could enhance the guest experience and serve as a strong selling point for the hotel in future promotions.

There is a large mall near the hotel,so it'sbest for shopping. All employees are friendly and do their best for customers. It is a hotel that i want to come again next time.

The water leaked from the bathroom shower, but it was not a big problem because hot water was always suppied.
