Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. Direct in-house access to the Lotte mall - with its useful shops / supermarket / food court is a bonus. In-house spa was get pleasant and good value.

It’s located at a very convenient location and the staff were exceptional. Specially Annisa, who went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was comfortable. We had a few last minute requests and Annisa was able to help us with it without any hassle at all. Absolutely fantastic service from her. Ikhsan was also helpful in ensuring our pressing needs were done well and on time. Great team in Ascott! 😄

We were at the property 5 years ago and the property looked fantastic then. But this time around the rooms looked a bit dated and needs refurbishing. Breakfast was not great either.

For a very reasonable price, we got an absolutely spacious and properly maintained 1-bedroom unit that included much-needed amenities, like a microwave oven, a water dispenser and a washing machine. Ascott was also excellently located in in Kuningan--part of Jakarta's CBD area--and was directly connected to the well-curated Lotte Mall. Most importantly, however, the property staff were super friendly and helpful all the time. Ascott was a joy to stay in...and we will definitely be returning!

Well maintained hotel rooms with new furniture and the beds sleep very well. The swimming pool is awesome and the location in the center of jakarta. The hosts are the best. Thank you Monika, Annisa, Shakila en Ayu for the service smile and hospitality.

i found the breakfast too much intercontinental focussed. When travelling to indonesia I want indonesian food please.

Service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. Location also is fantastic with direct access to Lotte Mall. Facilities all looked clean and well maintained. Some hand sanitizer spilled in the elevator and a few minutes later when we took the same lift, it was already cleaned. We liked the layout of the 3 BR - a nice big dining table and a nested pair of coffee tables along with a sofa and a couple of armchairs. There's a bonus third bathroom near the washing area if the guests don't mind a squatting toilet and using a bidet spray as a hand shower, which is nice to shorten prep time in the mornings. The office nook is tucked in so you don't get any view but it also means no desk interfering when entertaining guests. The terrace had ample space.

We stayed in both rooms and they had a kind of creepy painting of disembodied heads nursing. Our shower seemed to slope downwards away from the main drain so we had to kick the water up towards the drain to help it dry faster. This could be a plus if you to to fill the shower and pretend pretend you're walking in the rain but without getting dirty.

The entire stay was great. The registration was very smooth, the staff gave us a warm welcome and were always helpful. Thanks to Ghia, Annisa (who draw the welcome note on the glass), Raka and team. A special thanks to Raka who contacted us after we left the hotel as my wife forgot her Iphone on the table. We collected the phone after our trip to Bandung 1 week later. Thank you Ascott for the great service! Ascott has a direct access to the mall.

If we can just add a comment for improvement. It is the air-con compressor. Despite being located far from the bedroom, the compressor was very noisy and could be heard from the writing desk and the living room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that not only offered a convenient location but also provided an incredibly spacious and well-equipped suite for my family. Located right beside a mall, this hotel provided easy access to shopping and entertainment options, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's prime location next to the mall was truly a blessing. We simply had to go to the 2nd floor and walk right into the mall. The entrance to the mall through the H&M store on the 1st floor was convenient and hassle-free. It was a delightful experience to have numerous shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues right at our doorstep. However, it's worth noting that access to the mall was limited to its open hours. One of the highlights of our stay was the remarkable spaciousness of the suite. With over 100 square meters of space, the two-bedroom suite felt like a home away from home. The kitchen set was a wonderful addition, as it allowed us to prepare meals and snacks at our convenience. The suite was equipped with all the essential kitchen utensils, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and even a dispenser. Additionally, the wide selection of cooking utensils and complete ceramic dishes catered to our every need. The dining area boasted a large table, perfect for family gatherings and meals. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast and dinner together in such a cozy setting. The family room was equally impressive, providing ample space for us to relax, chat, and watch movies together. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly enhanced our overall experience. Considering all the amenities and the sheer size of the suite, it is clear that this hotel is designed with families in mind. The comfortable and spacious accommodations make it an ideal choice for families seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I had one of the best hotel experiences ever. All the staff in this hotel are so friendly and always smiling. I arrived early, and they had my room ready and to top it off, they upgraded my room! This was a total surprise! The location is also perfect as it is linked to the Lotte mall.

Very nice blend of "apartment" and "hotel." Despite being a Platinum member of another loyalty program, I may seriously consider this hotel for my frequent visits to Jakarta.

The hotel has a very strict 'no party' rule, but they held their own party on the pool deck directly below my apartment, with amplified music and singers, etc. The noise was extremely disturbing for several hours. Luckily the event ended shortly after 10pm.
