It’s close proximity to shopping centres, like Kuningan, Ambassador Mall, Lotte. The hotel surroundings was unique in its own way.

The food spread wasn’t that great but it could be better.

Location is fine with me .. All the staffs in this hotel are friendly, kind and helpful and they never fail to smile to guests . I stayed in the 2 bedrooms(the older unit) but actually, the interior is still good except that they have a lot of items made of wood so you definitely know its the older unit . However, all the items in this apartment are in good condition . If you request for high floor with city view, you will get a really good one ! 🥰 Apartment is clean and well maintained . Amenities are sufficient too and equipped with pot and pan, plates etc in the kitchen for cooking(if you plan to cook) Facilities in the hotel is good as well .. There is a lotte mall about few minutes away, so it is convenient to get groceries or foods . Also, there will be stalls/carts of food sellers on the street opposite the mall on almost every evening so it is also convenient to get foods there for dinner and feel the indo vibe at the same time especially if your country doesnt have street foods at almost every corners . Hotel also practise sustainability well . Housekeeping can be done every day, if you wish to do so .. Before noon they will usually ring the bell and ask if we need housekeeping . I forgot to bring my travel adapter and i asked the reception staff if they have one to lend me, and yes they have ! This is very helpful for travellers , im sure other travellers would appreciate this too if they forget to bring theirs . Thank you 🙏 This hotel is also accessible by grab to go places such as grand indo mall, thamrin city, monas etc about 10-20 minutes on average traffic ... Overall, its been wonderful staying here at Somerset Grand Citra JKT ! I will be back here again next time . Terima kasih 🤍

1) The check-in was delayed about an hour . Hope hotel can improve on this 🥲 2) The aircon from the common room wasnt that cold on the first night but the next day after informing the housekeeper and when i came back in the evening, the aircon was much better . 3) Balcony door in the living room sometimes doesnt seem secured enough, even after locking .. every night i have a worrying feeling .. Although the security for this hotel are tight, they will do check on vehicles upon entry and there are also security/concierge at the lobby so we do not have to worry actually but for someone who is an overthinker, i still felt a little worried . 😅 Hope hotel will do more frequent check on the balcony doors of every units .

It's right beside Lotte Mall so very convenient for meals and daily necessities. The suite was big and comfortable. They have a kitchen so this will be quite convenient for longer stays. The living and dining area is comfortable plus they have provided a water dispenser so there's no need to buy your water daily.

Maybe it's about time for them to do some renovations on their suites. I understand that they might need to raise prices when they do so. The unit is quite old but huge. They have renovated units as advertised in house so perhaps I should clearly check each available bedroom before making reservation.

I booked the 3 bedroom classic and it's so huge for our family to stay comfortably. There's a working washing machine in a big service yard for us to do laundry, ironing and drying. 3 bathrooms with 2 have a bathtub in it. My kids love it so much! The location is surrounded with a few malls and street food. So all you need is just to walk. The service staff are all very friendly and helpful.

The toilet door has to do many turning on the knob and push harder in order to open it. I thought my kid was locked in that room.

Sparkly clean! That was the first impression. The building and room were well maintained, as well as the amenities. The location is super convenient as it is central and next to Lotte Mall. The staff was helpful and friendly. The washing machine and the laundry detergent are helpful when you stay with the family for quite a while.

Practically nothing besides the hot water did not work well in the master bedroom.

Location is 4 mins walk to Lotte Mall. It is also across ITC Kuningan, Mal Ambassador and Lotte Mart. However, crossing the notorious Jakarta roads is quite tricky, as nobody stops for zebra crossings.

Level 5 is an awful level. Sound of traffic is extremely loud. Room is very outdated and actually frightened me. I requested to move to a higher level and paid extra 300rb IDR per night. Staff moved us to lvl 20, in one of the renovated apartments. Cleaning of the floors could be better. (Somewhat different to the Ascott which I usually stay with at Central Jakarta).

I find the whole staff to be very hospitable. The FO manager, Pak Eka, along with all the front office and housekeeping staff were very polite, attentive and accommodating in addressing my needs and concerns during my stay. The Apartment is very spacious; the full kitchen and washer/drier were very useful for my trip.

Overall cleanliness could be better. Especially around the bathroom and kitchen. But the management were quick address any concerns I have. There are ants problem in the kitchen, dont leave open food anywhere.

I enjoyed the location. The location was near my office, which is great for a work trip as I get to reduce travel time. The rooms were also large and spacious. There is also a mart within the accommodation to get necessities and snacks

I don't think there were anything that was bad about the place. I stayed for 4 nights so it was a bit much, but it is great for a long term stay
