Excellent location and the hotel was exceptionally clean with great facilities and a nice lounge/cafe in the lobby. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly too. They allowed us to check in at 12PM, 3 hours ahead of check-in time. Definitely worth the money!

Room furnishings were rather basic and hairdryer was only available via request. You’ll also have to pay 25k everytime you go into the Ancol area where the hotel is located.

Spacious room, decent breakfast spread, plenty of activities for children (swimming pool with a waterslide, outdoor and indoor playgrounds, lobby playground, plus a Hugo City playground at IDR 150,000/child + companions). Staff are all very friendly and always make sure our stay is enjoyable. Hotel is old but well taken care of.

I was told over the phone that despite the room description mentioning free entry to Ancol is included, this is apparently no longer the case except if you book directly with the hotel. However, reservation was kind enough to give us a pass to Ancol as described. Please change room description if this is no longer the case. Room can get a bit musty.

spacious room , comfortable bed , very nice , super friendly and efficient staff . a manager who took the time to chat and make sure that everything was ok ! reasonably priced , good breakfast included .

everything was perfect ! in particular the staff were great ! plus good food , spacious room with huge comfortable bed , nice pool ! and management are hands on and run the hotel in a very professional manner

Great staff and services. Great location if you’re heading to Ancol beach or concerts. They also allowed us to check in early (11:30am) and it is just a very nice and modern hotel.

Staff could speak better English.

The pillows are so confort. Breakfast is very good and many choices.

Pool water fountain is broken not fixed. Miss understanding between the Day manager and front desk officer creating bad mood just after checking in. Long waited check in until 4:30PM from scheduled 3PM

The room, very spacious (premiere). The large TV with many good channels. The shower very good. The food very various & delicious, the resto also has a good service & layout. The lobby was very comfy. Located in Ancol, you can easily go to amusement parks (Sea World, beaches, Dufan, Faunaland, etc.)

I order the room in last minutes, so the price is quite high. And then my booking (superior room) was only available in smoking floor, so I upgrade the room to premiere room with another extra cost. If you book the room long before the day, probably you'll get better price.

Great Location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Bang for your buck.

Everything was OK. My visit was during the peak of Idul Fitri holidays, so a few cases related to hotel services & facilities were common things. Just an input, the check list inside the public toilets in Ground & 1st floor were not up-to-date, both showing March 2022 timing

The amenities can be improved, the soap too little only for one bottle. It could be excellent if the room was equipped with some fragrance so the customer experience could be perfect.
