Staff were nice. We have everything we need in the room, and drinking water at the hallway, but there was no hair dryer, when we asked at the front desk, they provided one for us. And there was a type G power socket in the bathroom! Because my friend forgot to bring a travel adapter, we thought we had to share one, finding that socket was a really nice surprise. Using room card for the elevator feels safe. ☺️

The internet was bad. :( It was okay early in the morning when not many people using it. The traffic outside (cars and bikes honking) can be a bit loud.

The room was quiet and very clean, i could finally rest and relax, even if the street is noisy we don't hear it. There are water dispensers in the corridors, that's cool. Tbe decoration is simple but cosy and i felt comfortable. The location is not bad, close to a big train station and to 2 buses stations (you can take both with the same transport card that you buy in the train stations and recharge there too).

There was a little bit too much perfume when i entered the room for the first time.

I love this place. there is a starbucks downstairs which is great to work at if you are working online. Rooms are clean, quick walk to ancol with indomarts & alfamarts within a short walk.

They don’t clean the aircon filters, which without windows is important. So just take them out when you get there and check.

Allowed a very late check-in, 1:30AM!, which was much appreciated. Could pay by card. Allowed late checkout of 12PM. Provided refills of drinkable water on ground floor to save plastic. Allowed me to peacefully nap at the lobby as I was too early (6AM) for check-in the previous day. Stored my luggage securely when I was away and couldn't check-in during reasonable time.

The entrance of the TransJakarta bus station is only 100m from the hotel. Most rooms have an outside window for sunlight and fresh air. There is a hot and cold water dispenser on each floor for drinks. All taxi drivers know where WTC Mangga Dua is. The exhaust fan in my bathroom worked well; there was no steam in my bathroom after a shower.

The Carrfour magastore in Mangga Dua square 500m away went out of business. I had no convenient place to buy anything. In fact, all Carrfour magastores in Jakarta went out due to the pandemic.

The place is really good when it comes to service and staff The rooms are good and you can find a boiler and some coffee The prices are good and the breakfast is included from Starbucks in the first floor Nice place and the location is fine even though i stayed one night before traveling to bali
