Location was Amazing right in fromt of Blok M. All the shopping you can do, jewellery shops, Dinner markets and Breakfast market everyday and night. Amazing food and cheap prices.

No Fridge in the Room and they couldnt get our 2 rooms next to each other

Good location, close to shopping, restaurants and near transport hubs so easy access., very good value for the price charged.

Had breakfast two mornings not knowing breakfast was not included in my room rate, staff got very excited and even came to my room looking for payment. At checkin staff should inform guest what is contained in their reservation rate. Apart from that one incident my experience was great!!

Good location, close to transport hub and shopping centre.

Front desk unhelpful in getting taxi, informed me that I had to use one taxi company which was very expensive. I arranged my own taxi at lower price. Hotel staff should support guests not try to scam them.

Great Hotel with excellent staff. modern look with excellent big LED TV. large bathroom.

Room not soundproof enough. the surrounding hotel area seems off and dodgy especially during the night. little bit on pricey range.

The lift small and only one,should be two for customers and no space for dropping and pick up the customer in front the hotel

Located in commercial district. Lot of nice restaurants at walking distance. Staff was polite and helpful.
