Good location and very professional friendly staff. Free drinking water provided. Price is reasonable.

This is not the fault of the hotel. But bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper because the hotel location is next to a busy road and you can hear the motorbike or car sounds at night. Apart from that I have no other complaints and would recommend this hotel.

The amenities were sufficient and the rooms were cozy and looked exactly like the photos. All the staff here were also very kind and accommodating. There was also a restaurant downstairs so we could easily get some breakfast.The location was excellent as it was near block M and the MRT. Luckily, our rooms weren't noisy despite other reviews mentioning this. Overall our group had a great stay.

Would've been great to have an ironing station although the room might be a little too small to accommodate that. Despite this we still managed and it was a great place for a short stay.

Overall, MaxOne Premier Melawai is one of my go-to option for staycation for its strategical location. The interior design of the room is also just what I like. The breakfast menus are various and delicious.

Leaking from the ceiling, but the staffs promptly responded and fixed the problem. Hopefully, the issue has been addressed properly so it won't be recurring.

I like the location. they also serve a lot of breakfast options. they provided me the tax invoice immediately when I requested it. The staff were kind and cooperative! Very recommended.

I didn't particularly appreciate that they provided a washable water bottle in the guest room. the condition was not good!

The hotel room exceeded my expectations. The room space is big, basic toiletries and towels are provided and the toilet has a hairdryer. And most importantly, the location is perfect. It is surrounded by a lot of eateries, safe, and just a few min walk away from Blok M MRT Station.

Other than ants crawling around the desk space, there's nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Love this hotel! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the MRT and lots of food places around. The room was clean and cozy with a fun design. Staff were really nice and helpful, and breakfast was tasty with variety of food. Perfect spot for a weekend staycation, I’d definitely come back!

The location is near MRT Blok M station. We have an upgrade room for free. My child enjoy the bathroom. The seat in the bathroom very relaxing, you can enjoy the warm water by seating on the seat. The staffs are very nice and security very helpful.

The noise from surroundings reach into the room. My wife could not sleep directly.

Hustle and bustle of the area, but there is nothing yoi can do about it

The location is great very close to the MRT Blok M. It is very close to shopping center as well. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The wifi works well. The breakfast was very good.

The AC in the room is not cool enough even if I put it in the low temperature.
